Lovely and we had a very pleasant stay. A great location and had plenty to do.

It was great. Everyone was accommodating, my group of 20+ had a great time. House was huge, enough places for everyone to sleep, Phoebe was great & there if you needed anything. Appreciate everything!

The house was the perfect size for my friend group and our children. Host was responsive when we needed trash pickup. Property was clean.

I was the only senior at the house but my 3 children & their families, along with my niece & her husband filled up all the rooms. This beautiful house was neat & comfortable. There were a few small problems that occurred but the owner responded to my calls or texts. A list of recommended items that would enhance a renters stay was given to the owner upon departure. All in all, we enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub, & the lard

Everything that a big family needs is in this house to have a good relaxing weekend. The view this house has is great for photos. As soon as you step in the house you can tell its very clean. My sister was so happy with the mattress. The host Jim was always available to answer any questions from the day I booked. My family left this house wanting to come back.

My husband and I had a reservation for a large family reunion with another house in Lake Harmony, which unfortunately had some mechanical problems and they had to cancel. We were able to book Boulderview lodge at the last minute, due to a cancellation that they had, and we were able to bring our group of 18 people to spend the weekend with us for a long overdue 30 year college reunion. The home was exceptionally clean. We also used the concierge service that Jim recommended they had our groceries in the fridge when we arrived & our beds made. We also ordered a couple s’more’s packages that was a home run for our group from the concierge company. The kitchen was well appointed the Internet and TV services were impeccable, and the sleeping accommodations were more than wonderful and very comfortable, we couldn't have asked to fall into a better situation than this one our host Jim was very accommodating with all of our questions due to our last-minute reservation I would highly recommend Boulderview lodge to any, and all that are looking to get away to a great place with a very incredible view

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake Harmony house it was very spacious and the location was perfect it was very close to the ski park. Our overall experience was great if I had any thing to gripe about it would be the hot tub it wasn’t clean and the cover was moldy. We had no plans of using it, the house was great. I did meet the home owner because he came when I was on a store run but my mom said he was a very nice guy! Thanks for having us I’ve given the info to several friends.

The layout and location and the property was perfect for our group of 20 as the three floors allowed families to spread out across different groupings of bedrooms. The kitchen and main room areas were very nice for large group gatherings and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving items and a separate wine cooler. The photos make the home appear to be newer than it is; the carpet in the basement is musty, some bathrooms could use updating and the many of the baseboard heaters had detached covers. Several mattresses also need replacing as they sag in the middle so were uncomfortable for two people to share. Hot tub was a very nice amenity that we used a lot. A few issues with the check in process as the parking area was not plowed when we arrived and none of the tvs worked properly. A cable technician came the next day and worked on the issues for several hours to get the tvs all operational but it was surprising that this had not been taken care of before our arrival. It would also be ideal if at least one of the master suites had multiple beds so that parents sharing a room with small children would have the option of a private bathroom. Overall I would recommend this property to a large group interested in skiing at the local resorts or enjoying the lake in the summer. Views of the lake and the ski hill were very nice.

There was no packet with information about the house. It took us a long time to figure things out. The mattress need to be replaced, they were very soft. Little things needed to be checked over but it was a large house with a beautiful view. Joyce Wilkins

Amazing house, great time.

we were a group of 15 adults and had a great time at this place for a college reunion weekend, plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and plenty of living area space as well.

everything was excellent- no major issues at all. couple of minor issues 1- lost the internet/ wireless on the second day - never got fixed for the next 4 days - pls look into that 2- Garbage disposal- we locked properly every night.- inspite of that, two nights - the garbage bags they were thrown out on the street- possibly vandalism ( doesn't look like animal's work)- also there is a hole in the back of the box and we did see a racoon twice in a locked box. except these two small issues we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. great place and we love come back.

The only downside for us was there wasn’t a fire pit and communication with the property manager was poor. I sent messages trying to confirm paperwork and wanted to ask questions, but didn’t get a response back., which made me nervous, because this was my first time renting a property through Vrbo. I didn’t know what to expect, except that I would get my codes and info a couple of days before. This house is in a HOA so there are a lot of restrictions and rules, but overall it was wonderful house and location!

Overall a fantastic stay. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful view from the deck. We received the welcome packet the day before our stay, we were expecting it 5-7 days prior based on what the House agreement stated but the information in the packet made the check in seamless. Plenty of room for our 12 people. Everyone had a great time!

We enjoyed the stay at the house. The location is amazing. Nice rooms, nice kitchen. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly though. Overall, would deff recommend.

We were eight couples spending the weekend for a much-needed reunion. There was plenty of room for us to gather together as well as enough bedrooms to have our own space. The house is beautiful with great news.
