Second time staying at this property with our Children their Partners and grand children. This house is the perfect place for our growing family large living areas, large outdoor entertaining and gorgeous lawns that open to a beautiful white sand private beach.

We are two families with teenage kids. This house was all we could ask for and more. The location is amazing, right on the water. The water is beautiful to swim in. The house has everything you need. Lots of space for people to hang out and has a great deck overlooking the water.
Jason was amazing to deal with, was always quick in his replies.
We left this house talking about when we will be back.

The most perfect house and location for groups of all ages looking to relax ! The house layout has plenty of space for everyone and fully stocked with everything you need so just bring your groceries, swimmers and unwind. The backyard goes out onto your own beach with clear water, clean sand and basically no waves. We had 2 kids (under 2 years old) with our group and it was no stress, allowing them to swim in the water and hang out in the grass. It’s a small quiet town so you’ll definitely have the privacy, peace and quiet you want.
Amazing communication from the host who was willing to accommodate any need and definitely gave off that welcoming / ‘no worries’ vibes.
Cannot recommend this house and it’s host to enough people. If you want to enjoy the outdoors, slow down and unwind, this is the place for you!

My extended family spent 4 wonderful days at this fabulous house.
We loved that there were a variety of areas within the house where family members could spend time alone or together.
Top marks for providing large enough tables and a sufficient number of chairs and lounge seats for the no. of guests which the house can accommodate.
Kitchen had all the necessary appliances - the coffee machine was a pleasant bonus.
The lakeside location provided a peaceful place to relax.
Jason was extremely efficient with his communication.
All-in-all, a fabulous experience.

Jason was an excellent host and the property is fantastic for a family. Local roads quiet so kids could ride bikes safely. Step off lawn onto sand and low tide swimming.
House was roomy and relaxed. Everything for a perfect week away.

Amazing property!!
Stunning views of the Bay..
We had a fantastic, relaxing time here and it was perfect for our little pooches who enjoyed low tide and crab hunting.. We had intended to go out for lunch on Saturday but cancelled and got prawns and oysters and lovely champagne and never left the property.. Why would you… 3 days not long enough

We had the most amazing time at Pindimar Sands. The house was huge with plenty of room for all of us. The garden and private beach was just perfect and a massive thanks to Jason who was super helpful whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to staying there again in the future. Thanks guys xx

The perfect location for a family catch up where you don’t need to leave the house. House was well equipped, prompt communication, location is right on the bay and we were even able to extend our check in/out times. Highly recommend

The house was just what we needed for our family stay. Plenty of room, with areas if you wanted some down time. Lovely quiet location. Jason was fantastic to deal with, very helpful with my questions. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this house, we will be back!

Great place for 3 generations of family to stay for the weekend. The kids spent plenty of time outdoors either in the water or playing in the great sized yard. Thank you, we will be back.

The house unreal, large enough to fit 3 families for the long weekend without being on top of each other. We even were inside most of the weekend due to bad weather and it wasn’t a problem at all. Jason was great to deal with.

How’s the serenity?
This was a wonderful location for our family holiday. It is private, the house is wonderful and the beach at the end of the garden…what can we say? Perfect! The house is spacious, love the alternate living area, plenty of bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. Jason is an outstanding host and we can’t wait to go back.

The house was very spacious and accommodating, the separate areas upstairs and downstairs allowed for 2 families to stay over. The location is very quiet and peaceful, the neighbours were friendly. Communication with Jason was very good, I would recommend this place.

Had a great stay, check-in was easy and the host was great.. Big house plenty of room for us and we were 3 family with kids and teens.. Clean and well equipped house would definitely stay again as its right there by the water with a tonne of baby crabs at sunset thank you

The yard, the deck and the private Beach made our holiday one of the best with our 4 adult children plus their partners and grand kids.
The water temperature was perfect and what a view it was to wake up to that every day. The house, yard and beach area was so good we only ventured out once or twice which made for great family time all together.
This was one of most memorable family vacations and can’t wait to do it again.
Our kids range from 14-25 and for a few days had triplet girls aged 8 come stay too and the beach, the shallow water and flat landscaped gardens made it easy for us to sit back and relax knowing we could let them play in all areas and still be able to see them.
We all would highly recommend this house as it has it all and can really feel like you can have fun all ages.

Had a great time at this excellent spot right on the river. All the kids and the dog loved playing and seeing all the crabs at low tide. Very quiet, peaceful area but still close enough to Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest if need to get groceries etc. Probably a bit far if looking to spend most of the time in the Nelson Bay area. House was nice and spacious with plenty of amenities. Overall highly recommended.

Our extended family group enjoyed our stay in this large, well equipped house. It was good to have two separate living areas, and bedrooms in quiet locations. The surroundings are beautiful and the views lovely. The sandy beach at the front of the house is great for kids. Communication with Jason, the host, was excellent.

Great house, Great location and enjoyed our 2nd stay
Perfect house for our extended family to holiday in.
Apart from great location, the layout works so well for a large group. Plenty of space, large deck, living/ dining room, great spacious new kitchen and best of all the bedrooms are separated from the living areas allowing for people to sleep in, stay up late or rest during the day without being disturbed.
The owner has been very accommodating and helpful.
We will be back.

This property had everything we needed, really well equipped. Write on the beach with the most amazing sunsets. If you want to get away for a quiet holiday this place is perfect. 10 minutes to town and clubs.

This property was perfect for our large family get together. It's in a lovely quiet spot, perfect to let the kids and dogs run around. Jason was super easy to communicate with and welcoming and accommodating. We'll definitely be back : )
