Very clean property! Spacious and Host responded quickly!

My second time staying here. We had a great time here. Its comfortable and clean. The hostess is great in communication. Very quite area , relaxing and everything you need in the home, we havw no compaints. Will definitely be back

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The house is spacious, well-stocked. The owner communicated promptly.

My only complaint about this stay was the internet. It was terribly slow. We had a very difficult time watching tv and having kids play on their electronics. Otherwise the house was equipped with everything we needed.

The house itself was an excellent home. Very clean and well equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils. Shortcomings were minor. One good knife for cutting other than steak knives. It would be more informative to state that the garage is occupied and parking available in driveway. A truck was parked in front of the house the entire time we were there. The neighborhood is not the best and at first we were concerned about how safe the area was. But as the week progressed, these things became minor inconveniences, and ultimately did not deter us from having an enjoyable stay. The owner was very responsive to any communications.

Rented this property for my daughter's 14th birthday weekend with 3 of her friends and our family. House was clean with large upstairs serving as main living room with views, kitchen, and en suite bedroom/bath with 2 entrances. Downstairs has two full bedrooms and a bathroom, so the girls were able to sleep there while the rest of us slept upstairs. There's also a garage with a ping pong table, paddles, and balls, baby gates, etc. Oceano is nice because it is away from the hustle and bustle of Pismo, GB, and AG but you're still less than 10 minutes away by car. There is a market, restaurants, gourmet coffee, and the famous Great American Melodrama Theater, where Zac Efron got his start, all within easy walking distance. Will definitely rent here again.

Beautiful local artwork of the dunes. Received the check-in information 5 days in advance with very clear instructions. Very easy parking. Loved that there was soap throughout. Beautiful place and very clean. Only complaint was there was a smoke detector alarm going off. Would be nice if the batteries were checked every 6 months

The house is really nice and clean. There is plenty of room for our family of four. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We enjoyed taking a walk with our two boys in the neighborhood after dinner. I love to shop at nearby Monterey Market, which carries top quality produce. Bob is a great host and responded to our text right away. He and his wife provided a lot of supplies around the house, even with wine and fruits. We definitely would love to come back to stay here for our next trip to Bay Area.

We will be coming back to Claudia's. It was very nice .. very clean and well equipped... we had a relaxing trip, we wish we could have stayed longer . Thank you Claudia 😊

You should change the listing information to say there is a Keurig not a coffee maker.

Literally a 5 minute drive from the house to your spot on the beach with your vehicle. You can be in the waves less than 10 minutes from getting in your vehicle. Another 4 minutes down the street and you're at Pismo Beach. The property is exactly as described. We stayed with 3 adults and 3 kids and had more than enough space. Clean with beautiful beach inspired artwork. Nice amenities like board games, a TV in every room, and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water were nice touches. The property manager is very responsive. Overall, 5 stars. Would reserve again.

Our group had plenty of room and found ourselves with all of the resources we needed. Claudia was a great communicator and host too.

My girlfriend and I stay here with our "Brady bunch" and during our trip we decided to move in together. Our kids loved the house as much as we did so we decided to book an extra day and the owner was very kind and accommodating. Thank you for the great weekend. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
