Kevin was very amazing, the location was what we need it and the property was very clean and had all the things to cook, grill and adventure…Definitely coming back.

The house was cozy, clean, comfortable, relaxing and we had a wonderful time exploring the area and just doing nothing on vacation. My son went swimming and fishing and had a great time too. Thank you to Kevin We will come back next year

Our family summer vacation at Loons Landing this past week was amazing!!! The chalet is super cute, spacious, right on the water and has all the amenities you could ever want or ask for!!!! Kevin is a great host and we would love to spend more time there in the near future!!! Thank you for opening up your house to us!!!!

This location is everything you could hope for if you want a beautiful, quiet, quality get away. Close to everything. Very clean, all the amenities you would need and would very much recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

This is our second stay at this location. We had a great time and the weather especially good this year. It is a great chalet on a pond with kayaks and canoe available. The water is a little too cold on Memorial Day weekend for swimming although children were bravely wading in without any trouble. It's about 10 minutes to North Conway so if you need entertainment or feel like shopping that's always available too. Highly recommended. Kevin is an excellent host!

Kevin, the owner, made this an easy process. I enjoyed my stay here and if choosing to go back to NH I would def stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. The location was amazing hearing the loons and owls both nights. Extremely quite and located near a lot of other little county’s and extra activities.

We had a lovely long weekend at Kevin’s chalet. The views of the lake and surrounding hills are beautiful. Great spot for a fire pit and watching wildlife! The chalet itself was clean and had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay.

Cottage was perfect, location was awesome, and loons made a bunch of appearances! what more can you ask? We loved our stay and will come back.

House was clean and well stocked, my son loved the astronomy books! Right across from pond and plenty of parking. Fans in every room which was such a bonus in the humidity. Hope to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Loon’s Landing. The location was awesome and the host was very nice. It was great getaway for our whole family.

We couldn't have asked for a better property for our small family. Our daughters, 3 and almost 2 loved the playground steps away and sitting at the "big family" table for meals. The small beach enabled us to get some quiet family time, while being able to run back for snacks. The brook behind the playground was the highlight for the adults and our dog. On our last night, we talked about how we wish we could have stayed longer! Kevin was very responsive and communication was clear. We hope to visit this property again!

The Lakeside Chalet provided for excellent ski weekend. Spent three days hunkered down during a winter storm with three friends. Very close to multiple ski mountains and restaurants in North Conway. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Living room and kitchen were great for post-ski relaxing. Large kitchen table was a perfect for a dinner and a round of cards. Internet was high speed and cable was great for watching playoff football. Couldn't have been better!

Will definitely be back!

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of activities to do within short travel distances. The pond across the street was great and the owner provided kayaks and a canoe as well. House had everything we needed and was very clean. The directions provided by the owner for checking in and checking out were thorough and very detailed making everything that much easier. I’ve been coming to Eidelweiss for 30 years. This is the first and hopefully not the last time renting Loon’s Landing. Very comfortable chalet with beautiful views of little pea pond. Chalet has everything you need, including a cute nook downstairs to play games on rainy days. The owner is super nice. Very reasonably priced and doesn’t hit you with a bunch of extra fees like most. Would love to go back again.

This lakeside cottage had a view of the nearby mountain that took our breath away. Watching the fall color appear on the trees was stunning! Everything we needed for our comfort in the cottage was provided. Comfortable beds, kitchen ware, especially the teapot, the large table for serving meals to our grandchildren, and the cozy living room furniture for gathering together in the evening was just perfect! Then there was more to delight us outside! We used the porch and the fire pit several times as the weather was perfect for it. The children enjoyed the play ground near by and we all used the kayaks with much delight! We did mange to tear ourselves away from all the delights at the cottage to enjoy the beautiful sights nearby: "The Kanc" Highway, Mt.Washington, Conway, and even some of the small towns around Lake Winnepesaukee. We are so fortunate that the Ackerts are willing to share this gem with others! It doesn't get much better than this!

All the amenities including the bathroom are on the second level, so if you have stair climbing issues forget it. Aside from that, it is great. Three large bedrooms dowstairs and one up comfortable living room with two recliners (one pushbutton powered) and super comfortable sofa and large TV. Kitchen is fully applianced, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster an array of pots/pans. Back deck with grill, patio furniture, firepit out front. They also have a huge Old Towns canoe and two kayaks sized for large adult and one for smaller adult or teen. Life vests aplenty. Small lake right across the road with beach and easy access for boats. Qe loved our experience here and will return next summer.

Perfect place if you're looking to stay somewhere quiet and peaceful with amazing views of mountains and lakes but also close enough to shopping and dining areas. This was my second time renting this house and just like my first stay a fews years back, the owner makes the check in and check out process so smooth and easy and the house is very clean and welcoming.

My wife and I rented the home with our three 18 year old sons. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space and the home came equipped to meet all of our needs. A pleasant surprise was the amount of channels that were available (far more than most other rental properties I've used in the past). The best part for me was the view of the pond from the front deck which was amazing. We definitely plan on renting the home again.

My husband and I enjoyed the property for its rustic decor and cozy atmosphere. The only reason I gave a 4 for location was that we commonly prefer something a bit more secluded but the check in and out process along with a well spelled out set of directions for everything in the home made for a pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!!

I have never stayed at a place that felt so homey. I loved the Chalet. My friends couldn't believe I had found such a beautiful rental in such a wonderful area. The Chalet is comfortable, spacious, and well decorated. I could not have been happier. I want to live there. - Wendy L

The house was accurately described. The location next to the beach and pond was excellent. Only a 20 minute or less to drive to North Conway. The house itself had everything we needed. Would stay there again and recommend.

What a great place to stay!! Beautiful views of the lake to wake up to, gorgeous surroundings, walk across the street to the sandy beach to swim, everything we wanted in a vacation, to bad the weather wasn’t as good as the house! The pictures don’t do the house justice, it was very clean, very comfortable and a 10-15 min drive to just about any activity in the area you can think off. We Would definitely recommend !!

The house is very comfy and communication with host was great. It is in front of the lake which makes it very convenient to use the canoe and kayaks. It is also near the Kancamagus highway and North Conway. We definitely are planning to go back for another weekend. Thank you Kevin!

The Eidelweiss location is perfect for those traveling who want the best of both quiet and town activities. North Conway is just a short drive away for shops, restaurants, and Cranmore. The homes front porch overlooking the pond is perfect for coffee and quiet time!
