The view, location, balcony, private parking. Kind neighbor that lives under the apartment. Big TV with Netflix, YouTube, prime. Apartment with great potential but needs to be renovated. Kind contact with the owner over the phone.

First week was cold, problems with the heating and no warm water. After some calls, technicians came, they installed new heating and waterboiler. So after 8 days we had a warm living room and hot water. In the winter it is a cold apartment. When the apartment get an practical upgrade (electricity, windows, heating (room, bathroom)) then it is an amazing apartment. Good to know: 1/Same bedsheets for 3 weeks, one big and one little towel per person for 3 weeks. We used the washing machine for washing our towels. 2/No product in the apartment for washing machine, need to buy yourself (was for us no problem). 3/Electrical network not strong enough for washing machine, showering and heating. 4/Owner told us that she is going to renovate the apartment, so maybe this review will not be valid anymore when it is July 2022.

Fantastic View. Pool was heated to approx 30 degrees. Balcony was very large and we sat out every night listening and looking at the sea. The apartment is situated in a residential area apart from one restaurant right opposite. But that didn't create much noise - nothing more than expected. Really enjoyable holiday and I would recommend staying there. You can park your car in a private area inside the complex and it's shaded which is a bonus. Despite being high season, there was loads of room on the beach. It's a nice area to go to if you want to unwind. But if you want night life then you would have to travel to get there. But for us, it was perfect.

Only minor points really. The single bed had springs and I found it quite uncomfortable but slept on the sofa bed instead, which was fine. We don't eat out so found the kitchen had no real work surface to prepare food except for the top of the washing machine. Also there was nowhere to store your shopping. Most of the cupboards were full with plates and utensils. And just some things that would make life easier: a salad spinner, wine glasses, scissors, pegs for the washing line. Plus the plugs in the sink in the kitchen don't hold the water. Also, a slightly frustrating point, the host doesn't respond to texts or emails very quickly - at least 2 or 3 days to respond in most cases. My last two messages were never replied to at all. I wanted to know if you had to clean the apartment as we had paid a 40 euros cleaning fee. She never responded so I cleaned it anyway.
