The most well stocked property in a great location. We were a 2 minute walk to the two most popular pools, one which included a little pirate playground area, and even closer to the great lawn where they had s’mores and where we liked to run around in the evenings. The lawn where you can get ice cream and watch movies or listen to bands is only a minute or two further away. We had two 3 year olds and two 1 year olds and they all easily walked to these locations. The grandparents stayed in the master upstairs for a quieter escape at night and the first floor was perfect for our whole family with us in the king bedroom, our boys in the other, and our girls in the bunk bed room. There was a very small but cute living area on the first floor, too, where we could hangout and keep most of the kid stuff. We rented a golf cart which was ideal to get around and lug all of us & our things to the beach. And we rented chairs with an umbrella to make it easy. A perfect house for us. We wish there was maybe one additional restaurant and some stores in the neighborhood, but with the area still building up and CS South under construction, it’ll hopefully just get more & more fun to come visit each year. The bunk room had cabinets that had matching colors to bead spreads and hangers. So kids knew exactly where their stuff was. Kitchen had labeled drawers and cabinets, very organized!

The layout of this home could not have been more perfect. We were amazed at the quality of construction, the amenities, the central location to the parks, lakes, pools, and beach. We loved being able to eat on the balcony...grilling hamburgers, chicken, hot dogs, etc. We hope to make this an annual trip.

The subdivision had live music at night, a cafe, and food access to the beach. A couple minor things: they keys we got did not work in the doors, there was no soap or shampoo provided as described in the listing and travel info provided (which actually caused an issue with our group). I emailed Cinnamon Shores to let them know about the issue and received no response. There was no broom or dust pan available. Other than these minor things - the place was fantastic and we are planning to go back next year.

We had such a great relaxing time - perfect quality family time! The house accommodated us with room to spare! The house is just down the alley from the park where there is volleyball, s’mores and room for football or frisbee! Everyone was extofriendly! Close to the beach and Cinnamon Shore will set you a place there with chairs & umbrellas! Delightful!!! My oldest granddaughter said it was her “best vacation ever”! ��

The beds were all extremely comfortable; coffee makers on every floor; nice laundry facilities; well-equipped kitchen; lots of space; and plenty of restrooms. It was a super short walk to both pools as well as a quick walk over the boardwalk to the beach. We love everything about Cinnamon Shores, and we typically like to rent a different home each year; however, this home was so perfect for us, it might be difficult to find one that lives up to this one! :) The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful!

It is centrally located to both pools, beach and playing field. We took 2 other families with us that have never been and they were blown away. The house is extremely well appointed and labeled :)! There was a total of 8 kids under the age of 6. They loved the bunk room with tvs and then they had there own living room and drink station. All the parents had king bedrooms with room for a pack n play on each. There was plenty of room for all of us. We will be renting this home again! I can not stress enough how great the home was and how much love and thought went into it. Thank you for providing a great beach retreat!
