This was a perfect place to stay with my family as we were having a 55th wedding anniversary for my parents who live in the same neighborhood. The place was Awesome:
a. spotless
b. huge bedrooms and a ton of space and bathrooms
c two balcony's
d. Great Kitchen for entertaining
e. 1 min walk to a nice quiet beautiful pool.
f. 5 min walk to Marina with restaurant with great Ice Tea, drinks, food as well as an outside bar.
g. A very safe neighborhood
h. A beach pass to Oak Island beach
I. A 15 min drive to the cutest town of Southport
J. A closet full of beach chairs.
This is a great place to stay, relax, and enjoy!

This probably the nicest place I have ever stayed in on vacation. The pool at this location is very nice and my family used it every morning.

Awesome place with a great location. The grounds of the Plantation are beautiful. We loved the marina. Just a short drive to the beach and local restaurants.

Sparkling clean, tastefully furnished, super convenient. The perfect spot to investigate St James Plantation, which is also an impressive place. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee.

We loved this property!! Condo was so well furnished. We were able to cook, take walks, swim and just relax working a big puzzle. Short drive to the beach and restaurants ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful St. James condo. The condo was very clean, spacious and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Tom and Judy are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond by offering amenities that many do not, such as beach towels, chairs and cooler. We will definitely stay here again when coming back to the Southport/Oak Island area.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time in Oak Island and our stay at this condo. The drive to the beach and parking was not an issue for us at all. The condo is beautiful and with the high ceilings, we felt like we were in a house. We enjoyed the closeness to the marina and spent several evenings enjoying drinks at 315 Beacon. The only tricky part was the gate hours and remembering which gate to go to when coming home after dinner. This was explained clearly by the owners but, when we were out enjoying ourselves we didn't think about the gates. Not a big deal at all just added time to getting back to the condo when we had to drive to the main gate. Would highly recommend this property.

This condo was perfectly tucked in a private community that was very nicely kept, clean, and safe, within minutes from the beach. We love Oak Island and this was a great place to stay! There are ample beach chairs for your stay, and a very well stocked condo!

An impeccable lovely 3 bedroom townhome just steps away from the marina in gorgeous St. James Plantation. Our host Judy made certain our stay was perfect throughout. If your travels take you to St. James I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here.

Fantastic location for a 100th birthday celebration
We have family in St. James so this was a perfect location for us to stay. Beautiful condo, plenty of room for our family. Great kitchen, dining area and family room. All the amenities were perfect. Easy access to beach and pool and numerous grocery stores nearby for supplies. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. We look forward to going back.

place was clean but i call them roaches down there they call them water bugs found and killed 5
clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils . a/c works on the bottom floor great top floor went out for 1 night then came back on. not bad if it was not for the bug problem it would been very nice .

House and neighborhood are beautiful and clean. It was a little too far from
Where I needed to be (Oak Island). It takes a little bit of time to get in and out of the neighborhood.
My only issue was that I was scheduled for check out at 11 AM and was working all morning to get my three young children packed up for a 12 Hour drive home and Was a little concerned that the cleaning crew showed up at the front door at 10:15 unannounced. At that time it occurred to me that the homeowners were texting my phone since early that morning asking what time I would be departing. This was a little stressful to me but really my only complaint.

Oh my! Best place ever! This was, by far, the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. If you want a vacation where you only need to bring clothes and toiletries, then this is the place for you! Everything and more that we could possibly have needed for our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Check the pantry before grocery shopping as we found several different spices already there.
The beach closet had very nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler that was big enough to pack drinks and sandwiches for 4 of us. Other than buying some dollar general sand castle stuff for the kiddo, everything else was already there for us. If you just want to pack your clothes, this is the place for you!

Property was for 5 family members in SJP for my daughter's wedding. Condo was immaculate, very roomy and well appointed. We had rented two other condos for the weekend for other family members, and this one was the nicest.
