We loved this family friendly holiday home, spacious, clean, wide open spaces, table tennis and bocce set fun. Appreciated the fans and wifi. Great family holiday so close to Augusta and Hamlin bay.

Lovely place to stay so quiet and peaceful. Everything there that you could want. It wasnt far from anything either, Our only complaint was we could not get the TV going

Had a wonderful stay, well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the comfortable and cozy lounge room warmed by the enclosed wood fire. Functional, spacious kitchen and nice comfortable beds. The clean, quality bbq was a pleasure to cook on. A quiet rural environment yet so close to town. Our host Sandra was a pleasure to deal with and we left feeling very satisfied with our experience.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is clean and tidy. It’s just far enough from town to really soak up the out of town living, but close enough to go to town and enjoy the beach. So much for the kids to do and explore and perfect location to be able to explore the area from the lighthouse to the Caves and Margaret river. We all enjoyed our stay very much and did not want it to end. Thank you again. I’m sure we will be back in the near future.

Didn’t actually spend much time on the property as were there to play in a competition but it was lovely to come back to the peace and quiet after spending the day with 120 ladies

We stayed for 10 days, my partner and I and granddaughter, then daughter and friend for last few days. Close to town while being very country, good base to explore and quiet. A little run down, but everything worked and lots of space. Had a very relaxing 10 days, good for the price.

Very lovely and well maintained home giving a relaxing holiday experience for a family. Outdoor area extends to open space where you can enjoy nature. Plenty of wood for a fire pit which was a bonus to keep a house warm in colder nights. All tools and utensils were provided. Kids enjoyed games and old bicycle rides. Close to town centre with IGA, fuel stations, bakery cafe' and many more close by. Owner Sandra is really helpful, polite and quick in responding to query. Definitely come again and recommend to others as well. Many thanks for this great experience.

My family and I loved the house. There was plenty of space and games to keep the young ones happy. The house had everything we needed. A great distance from the town and a perfect spot to travel around the region.

This house was clean, spacious and close to the Augusta town centre. We had a lovely problem-free stay at this house and would definitely visit again. Communication with the host was simple and she was very informative. Great value for money. Would 100% recommend!

A great little spot for families that want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. A short little drive from Augusta if you need to top up on supplies and want to do a spot of fishing, enjoy a coffee or have some lunch. Great distance from Jewel Cave and Hamelin Bay, which is fabulous for kids. A unspoilt part of the SW and hopefully will stay that way. The house itself was immaculate, lots of things for kids to do and to explore. You get phone internet reception so if you need to catch up on some work you can. There are umbrellas available for a rainy day, so no need to pack any, a wood heater that heats the entire house. Kitchen is fully equiped, no need to bring anything extra unless you like using your own knives. We drank the rainwater and didn’t die. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Gorgeous little house very cozy and peaceful.

This was a great place to stay with a family. Our kids are small so they could run around outside and have a hoot we didn’t have to worry about neighbors being too close. It was clean, tidy and had all we needed
