Hotel staff is excellent, they made out stay comfortable and went out of the way to arrange our requirements.

Staff were excellent and yes food too good.
Specially location as located in market traveling is Big issue. They don't provide complimentary water nor have tea making machines, which is a basic need. Also rooms are not cleaned for next day.

Parking facility is not available that is the major drawback , however food, staff was very good

Comfortable and clean room, pleasant and helpful staff, prompt service.
The location is congested, and the road from railway station to the hotel is in bad repair.

Extreme noise of the vehicle. It was like you are right sleepin on the road.

Located at the heart of the city
Very noisy location. On a very busy road. Very very noisy. Could not sleep more than 2 hours because of the traffic noise and car honking. Property has maintenance issues.

Given a spacious, clean room and bathroom. Commode had hand sprinkler without which I don't select hotels.
No inhouse restaurant. Even a cup of tea took 40 mnts. They didn't change used hand towel, bath towel, bedsheet. Even had to ask for fresh drinking water at evening. Not expected from a hotelcharging 2k plus.

It is a very new property and the rooms are very clean. The rooms are big and have closets, sofa and seating space. The property is at a walking distance to Aminabad chowk
