La struttura è a due passi dal centro. È arredata molto bene, grande e pulita. Avevamo tutti i confort necessari: asciugacapelli, asciugamani, moka per caffè, bagno doccia e shampoo e lenzuola. Siamo stati davvero bene.

I materassi della camera matrimoniale un po' troppo duri ed il letto cigolante.

Sauber, gepflegt, wie beschrieben. Gute Lage zur Altstadt und Fußgängerzone.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage. Direkt an einer 4-spurigen Straße, aber relativ gut schallisolierende Fenster

Unfortunately there was no hot water (even when we turned it on)

Very close (5 min walk) to old-town. Washer and dryer is in the unit. Parking spot was available.

Owner did not receive the email response I sent via Bookings.org to answer her questions so I would be able to get the code to get the keys to get in. We had to wait at a restaurant to call her (difficult to understand her). She was not close by (2 hours drive away). We did get in. Owner did no tell us we needed to place parking posts and chain when we did a day trip in order to hold our parking spot. Unit did not have salt or pepper. Beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are VERY narrow (<3feet by 12 feet).

It was very convenient.

It was very hot and only one room has air.

We didnt even meet the host? key in a keylocker..... very little contact with the host. 'house' is very small. beds are not comfortable. we slept on the couch because the bed was horrible. very small kitchen and bathroom. You get what you pay for....

Great position, free parking in front of the house. Nice big rooms.Great comunication with the owner.

Some parts of the house could use renovation

The apartment was very close to the lovely old city streets and castle and had its own parking - and our host was really nice and helpful. Well furnished and has a good basic level of comfort.

As many properties in Booking, this also comes with compromises: you literally have the garden area of a restaurant at the back door of the property, so the ground floor is filled with human chatter even at 10.30 at night. You must also be aware that the apartment is exactly on one of the main transfer routes of the city, so if you are sensitive to noise this might not be your first choice. We stayed only one night and for us the tiny size of the kitchen or the bathroom was not an issue, just as well some other smaller issues did not bother us (bathroom downstairs, beds upstairs, hust enough towels and no bath step towel, etc.)
