Room needed works (door did not close if not slammed, parts of ceiling needed repainting, wooden boards along the base of the wall were torn) Awful sofa mattress, woke up with back pains every day Noticed many hazards for kids (slippery floor tiles between the children's swimming pools, exposed cables from both electrical radiators in the room, room windows which started at a really low height from the floor - a kid might open one and end up falling) Dinner buffet was not worth the extra money for half board - vegetable salads seemed dated and some meats were dry or not too tasty Nobody spoke English apart from receptionists

Dinner is included in half board. But only who come first will see full plates. At the end you will see empty plates or just some food.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Ausstattung: gibt einen älteren und neuen Teil. Wir waren im älteren Teil des Hotels , sehr schön hatten zwei große Zimmer Mega . Das Personal ist Mega freundlich . Ganz besonders möchte ich das Reinigung Personal hervorheben: sehr sauber hilfsbereit Mega freundlich. Haben es sehr genossen . Sehr zu empfehlen mit Kinder . Der Wellness Bereich sehr groß

Der Schwimm Berreich ist sehr rutschig und das Wasser könnte wärmer sein vor allem im Kinder Becken

hotel was without a water in some rooms for more than 24 hours. According to the hotel staff story it was a local problem which is handled by municipally, but it seemed that is no one working for Christmas holidays.

The property was absolutely amazing! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were always with a smile, very polite, and helpful. Best of all, the pools were the best we’ve encountered so far.

The water in the kids’ section of the pool was very cold. The food was tasty, but for the price charged it could’ve been more versatile.

It's not real 5-star level. Many things are broken, dirty or worn out. The light in my room was broken and I went twice to reception before they changed it, but in the new room some lights were also broken. The food in the restaurant was not so varied. Some saunas in the spa also didn't work. It's not what you expect from 160 euro/night. Not recommended
