We rented this property based on the reviews. The house is very very outdated, it needs a deep cleaning, it was pretty dirty, dishes and appliances in the cabinets were very old and dirty looking. We did enjoy the beach but we will not book this house again. For the money we paid, it was definitely not worth it.

The house was perfect for our family vacation despite being shortened by Tropical Storm Debby. The house was clean and well stocked. The location was a very short walk to the beach. Byron was a great host with great communication and service. We hope to be back again soon.

My family, 6 adults & a small pup, enjoyed our stay. The house was a close walk to the beach, had plenty of space indoors & for parking, and had all the necessities when it came to cooking. It was very clean & the extra refrigerator & bathroom downstairs came in handy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. I definitely recommend this home.

The house was perfect for us. We were to bring our fur baby but she passed before our trip. The owner was gracious enough to give us back our pet deposit. The house is very cozy and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay at your home.

It was an amazing week the weather was perfect. The house we stayed in very clean and taken care of. Nice communication with the owner. Beds very comfortable, very well stocked. I recommend this house to a small family

This was our second time here and we had a very nice stay. The beach is an easy short walk. The cottage is comfortable and thoughtfully outfitted. I appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and not have to pack some in the car. I noticed the other items available such as coolers, a small charcoal grill and pails and shovels. It is obvious that the owner has put thought in to what is available. Appreciated the Keurig and large screen TVs.
Often I find myself challenged in terms of equipment available in rental kitchens. This kitchen has everything you need in terms of cooking and service ware to cook full meals easily and without having to search or improvise.
We loved being able to take our small dog Cody. Hopefully we’ll be able to come back again off-season! Thank you!

Very neat and clean property, well stocked with supplies in kitchen and beach items. It was nice to have garage to leave our e-bikes in. So convenient for daily bike ride through beautiful neighborhood. Rocking chairs on both porches were so nice.

We enjoyed staying at this house very much! It is well located, with just a short walk to the beach. The house is very well maintained and stocked with everything we needed - kitchen, rainy day entertainment, and beach supplies. Mr. Byron was very helpful with any questions we had. We had an awesome stay at this property! It was clean, comfy and generously equipped! It was a short walk to the beach to the private neighborhood walkway where we found so many treasures! We can't wait to plan our next trip!! Nice restaurant options as well! It reminded us a lot of our favorite SC beach, Edisto! Great host!

We have been visiting Holden Beach for many years and this house was perfect for our week this year. Very quiet and comfortable and only 2 rows away from Ocean Blvd and the beach. We only go to Holden during the winter for the past 5 years and as long as the house is available, this would be our choice each year going forward.

The property is spacious and well equipped for your family stay at the beach. You can see the beach from the back deck of the property and it is less than a 5 minute walk onto the sand. Kitchen is well-equipped with all your necessities for cooking at eating in-house.

We had a blast here and it was nice and clean and not very far from the beach at all ! Also was pleased that we got a view of the ocean on the back porch! Only one down side was that they had these plants in the yard that has spikes on them and it kept getting stuck on us and our pets paws but it was easy to avoid and just take them down the road and to the beach! Will rent this place again!

We had the best time & perfect weather. The place was just as cozy and clean as we remembered. This was our second stay at this home and we plan to return. It’s out of the owners control, but I would caution everyone not to walk barefoot or take their pets on the grass anywhere due to sand spurs. Easy access to beach. Can hear the ocean from the house. Everything in perfect working condition.

My husband, our 4 year old, our 18 month old and I stayed here with our friends (two adults, 4 year old and their 3 month old). This was the perfect place for us! The pictures don't do it justice. Very cute little house that had easy beach access. You'll defunitely want a beach cart to haul your stuff if you have kids. We rented bikes that the company delivered to the house. The house is a short ride to Holden's playground and some coffee & ice cream places. Loved our stay!

I have to say I loved the area, the house was very close to the beach, and very clean. Byron was spot on, we had a small problem when we arrived, nothing I was concerned with, I just wanted to bring it to his attention. Handyman was there within the hour. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great experience Byron.

Very nice house. Quiet off the main road. It gives "old holden beach" vibes. (I've been coming here since I was an infant and my family has been for 50 years) all the appliances worked great plenty of dishes, pots and pans and silverware.
The only downside was the sand spurs in the yard and basically any grass around there.

This home does not feel like a 3rd row home at all! Beach access is just around the corner and not being on the main road means less traffic for daily walks and bike rides. This home was just what our family of five needed and was the perfect no fuss home to reconnect in and just enjoy life at the beach. Byron (owner) is a fantastic communicator and responded quickly to all questions.

Very good communication. Everything was great accept we all felt like the mattresses could maybe be updated to newer ones and the comforters and bedspreads were kinda old and not certain how clean they were. Other than that it was a nice place.

This beach house was at the perfect location to the beach and inter-coastal waterway. You can see the ocean from the back deck. I slept with the window open every night and enjoyed the sound of the waves. This house has everything you need in the kitchen plus beach chairs & beach cart. You can see the sunset from the front deck. One issue with the washing machine but the owner was quick to respond and the repair man was there the next day. One of our personal belongings was left behind. Owner notified me and is going to mail it out to me. Much appreciated. A+ visit and a great owner. Thanks!
