We had the best time! The location could not be better. Amazing views from the villa, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, and everything we needed. The beach and pools were wonderful, very clean and uncrowded. We had a great meal at Iguana’s, and the pizza at Roots to Go was good. Off property I recommend Degree 18 juice bar, and the Puertorican Bakery across the highway was quite good. Rio Grande is an easy drive from San Juan, and also well located for El Yunque, Loquillo and Fajardo.

We had a great visit. The pictures do not do the view adequate justice! It was great to be so close to the restaurants and bars at the hotel as well. Can't wait to go back!

Property was in a great location. The area around the property was phenomenal. We had some minor problems with the place itself. We alerted the property manager the day before we left about the them. Honestly, this was just to forewarn him so that the next guests coming in would not have the same results. I think he may have been under the impression that we were looking for some type of financial restitution. He gave some petty excuses and seemed to be harried, so we told him to ensure the owner(s) was/were made aware of the deficiencies. Not sure it should be classified as luxury though as the place needed some upgrades and clearly - a better housekeeping staff.

Everything is up to Covid codes. Even with the restrictions is a very nice place to get away and relax.

We had a great stay! Our family of 11 stayed in the two ocean villas. It was near perfect! The view was amazing, the furnishings were excellent, and the location was perfect.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa was perfect for me and 3 of my girlfriends to enjoy our weekend getaway to Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The bedrooms were tasteful and the beds were especially comfortable! The bathrooms were clean and adequate. My only complaint was there was no vent in the bathroom, so it became warm very quickly. The pools were clean and available 24 hours. They were beautifully lit at night and made night-swimming a pleasure. I would recommend Ocean Villas and this particular unit to anyone looking for cost-effective, spacious accommodations outside the hotel. By the way, the hotel is a short walk, and has all the amenities one would expect.

Had an issue with the locks, but local maintenance was responsive.

OUR FAMILY OF 6 STAYED IN THIS LOVELY 2 BEDROOM, SPACIOUS CONDO OVERLOOKING THE POOL AND OCEAN. THE OWNER, DIANA, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND QUICK TO RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD! THE CONDO HAS LITERALLY EVERYTHING YOU NEED, FROM DISHES, PANS, SALT AND PEPPER, ETC. THE DECOR AND FURNITURE WAS ALL VERY NICE AND WE LOVED THE DECKS! WE RENTED A CAR FROM AIRPORT, SINCE IT IS ABOUT A 25 MINUTE DRIVE AND WE DID SOME OTHER SITE SEEING AND SHOPPING TOO. EL YUNQUE RAIN FOREST WAS AWESOME AND SO WAS OUR TRIP TO SAN JUAN! THE BEACH AND POOL AT THIS RESOR WERE SO BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. IT WAS REALLY NICE THAT WE ARE LITERALLY A BLOCK FROM THE WYNDHAM RESORT. WE WALKED OVERT THERE ABOUT 4 TIMES AND ATE AT THEIR DELICIOUS RESTAURANTS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK AND WOULD STAY IN THIS SAME CONDO! OUR ONLY DOWNFALL WAS THE WEATHER WAS A BIT RAINY AND VERY WINDY, WHICH I GUESS AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR(WE STAYED MARCH 4-11, 2017) IS NOT NORMAL. BUT WE MADE DUE AND DID GET ENOUGH SUN!! WE WOULD H IGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO AND PUERTO RICO!!

This property is perfect for beach lovers and explorers. It has beautiful ocean views and is fully stocked for cooking and eating in while enjoying the views. Highly recommend

Perfect spot for family and couples. We stayed as a family of 4 + 2 kids. Proximity to the beach and pools is unbeatable. Very friendly staff. Property was clean and as described. A few hiccups, but nothing too crazy and understandably these were last minute: Outside Jacuzzi did not have hot water. Apparently the heater was broken. Had a bit of an issue locating the exact unit on the date of arrival. However, Jorge's wife was kind enough to guide over the phone. Will stay again definitely! Groceries and gas stations are closeby. Richie's bar and food is a must visit. <5 mins drive from the apartment. Family owned and run Lluvia for drinks, breakfast and lunch is a must visit. <10 mins drive.

My family (husband, 8 year old and 4 year old) traveled with another family of 4 and this two bedroom condo could not have been more perfect!! From the beginning it was easy working with Diana, she makes everything easy and informative. The condo was excellent, we were impressed with how clean and stocked the condo is. From the furnishings to the space to the view, it doesn't get much better. This condo has a full size kitchen stocked with anything you'll need from coffee maker to cups, plates, ect. You have two full size bathrooms one of which has a washer and dryer which is very convenient! I also love that there are two balconies, one of which is off one of the bedrooms. The complex is also amazing, clean and the pools are the best, one infinity, one lap pool, one kiddie pool and one hot tub. Also, love that it's such a close walk to the beach! Will definitely be staying in this condo again!! Thank you so much Diana!!

- Wonderful property. Beautifully decorated. - We were 8 adults and 4 children and we had enough space for everyone. - It had everything we needed. Accessories and items for kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, beach and more. - Infinity pool was great. - Management (Georgie) was accessible to any needs and very accommodating to our requests. - I would definitively stay here again. Thank you Mr, Mrs Norniella and Georgie. Our family needed a getaway and a relaxing place to stay and you provided the best.

This property was everything & more of what you see from the pictures. The views are priceless and it had sand toys & boogie boards in the unit that we could use on the beach. The property was very quite which we enjoyed. If you want a little more entertainment you can walk to the hotel. Great location as we'll to take ferry's and excursions to other island. Thanks again!

This beach front property exceeded our expectations! Situated just 30 minutes from the San Juan airport, yet in a private and beautiful ocean front resort on the north eastern shore, this updated and well maintained property had everything! The owner was so helpful giving us directions and information about the area and the local representative was very helpful once we arrived. We loved reading on the two balconies , listening to the ocean's roar, sunning by one of the two beautiful pools, or riding the waves in the ocean. It is nice to be inside the Wyndham resort property with the hotel's security and restaurants and casino nearby, yet our pools and beach were so private - no rushing out to claim a chair by the pool for us! We loved the local restaurants and went to nearby Fajardo for lunch on the harbor and took an early morning drive into the Rain Forest. The two bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is perfect.- open to the living area and with every convenience , including a blender, This property combines the helpful features of a hotel resort such as beach and pool chairs, outside showers, ice machine, etc. with the comforts of a private home We .highly recommend this property and look forward to returning .

his is our second year renting a villa from Diana. Although we have never met in person, my family feels like she is an old friend. She is wonderful to deal with.Both the villas we have rented were immaculate, beautifully decorated and had the most beautiful ocean front views! We are a family of 6 and were beyond comfortable. We shared our meals with another family and were able to fit 13 people for dinner easily. The rio mar is a beautiful resort. The beaches are swimable and calm. The pools were serene and the jacuzzi is the perfect place to end a wonderful day. The grounds are well maintained. My kids want to move here permanently! We hope to come back again and again
