We stayed here and had a great stay while we were in town to see a concert at Empower Field. GREAT location to go to Empower, with a short 11 minute drive that avoids heavy highway traffic. Comfortable and clean place for our family to stay while we were visiting. Definitely recommend.

Great Space

The property was fantastic. It was clean and roomy. The location was perfect, not far from the events we had planned. Also the communication between me and the owner was excellent. We will definitely use this host again and recommend them.

Check in was easy and information was given early. Home was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Everything we needed for our trip to Denver. Seemed to be a very nice neighborhood.

The property is a duplex with a separate kitchen, living area and two large bedrooms. It is 10 mins from downtown Denver and an hours drive from the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Altho it is on a busy street, Edgewater is a beautiful little town on a lake with a trail encircling it which is very close to the home.

Easy to get all the places we wanted to go, easy parking, nearby public market was perfect for lots of dinner options.

This duplex was perfect for us! Daughter just moved to the Sloans Lake area. So the property was convenient. Also, super clean and had everything we needed.

This is a lovely property and very nicely appointed. It’s also in a great, centrally-located, residential neighborhood. We were in town to visit a fabulous restaurant, Beckon, where the daughter of a close family friend was instrumental in the achievement of a Michelan star. She lives near this property so we could share time without being disruptive with our very early-morning midwestern habits. Sanja is a fabulous host!

My family stayed here over the holidays and it was perfect. Excellent access to the Edgewater market, Target, King Soopers, Sloan’s Lake, and not too far off the highway. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and the home was very comfy. Would absolutely book again!

Everything was nice but a few minor things need to be fixed. Dishwasher door could use some WD40, a couple lights flicker in living room, and there were no hot pad holders; we bought one and left it. Also, the drawer in bottom next to wall in kitchen drops when pulled out. Place was perfect for us. Remember ear plugs the bedrooms are next to busy street. Definitely would rent again

It’s easy to get to and allows you to see Denver! The owner is really good to work with! The house is clean!

We selected this property for it’s convenience to our son’s home, but it turned out to be a great stay for so many other reasons. It’s clean with comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. The location is great! You are close to great restaurants and you have a choice of grocery stores nearby. Lake Sloan is right down the road which is beautiful to take a walk around while enjoying the Denver skyline in the background. If I had one complaint it was the street noise, so if you are a light sleeper, take a white noise machine. Overall, amazing place to spend a few days in Denver.

This place was perfect. Had everything we needed. Clean cute and close to everything.

Duplex was big enough for 4 people. Host was very responsive. Bring own wash clothes they are not provided but bath towels are. Owner also requests shoes are not worn in duplex which is an odd request since there is no carpet in the place. Location is close to Walmart incase you need anything. Overall our stay was good.

This was a nice place to stay for a couple days while we went to Red Rocks for a concert. Anything we needed wasn't more than a few minutes away, check in/check out was easy and the owner was very clear in her communication about what was expected. I will say that when renting this I did NOT see that it was a multi-family building. We were going to a concert and hadn't planned on needing to be quiet after 10p. We of course did comply since we are respectful adults but it was a disappointment when I got the email saying it was a duplex about a week before our stay. The listing reads - you have the whole house - apparently it says something about it being a duplex later on even though I don't remember seeing that when I booked. Regardless, it's a nice place and it still deserves a good review.

Host was very helpful and quick reply with communication. House was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Looking forward to my next trip to Denver and another stay at this house!!

Great jumping off point to Denver area!

The location was great. It was close to the public market which was nice. We attended a concert at red rocks and it was a wonderful experience. The unit is nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Sanja was great at communicating with us. We definitely stay again.

We all agree that the beds were comfortable, and we slept well for our one night stay. The location is convenient, as it is only 16 mins from Red Rock and also near the city. We would stay again.

I recently stayed here with my girlfriend and mom for a long weekend in Denver. The check-in/out process was very easy and the home was very clean. However, the home had an unusual order (assuming that’s because it is 420 friendly?). That and it is right on a very busy street. It was impossible for all 3 of us to sleep with constant loud noises from cars until about 1/2am it died down. Ultimately we just got a hotel and stayed there the weekend. If I had to do it again I’d save time and money and just get a hotel in Denver, same price and way better location.

Apartment was very homey and clean, host communicated well, easy access to the home and lots of things to do around property! Definitely saving for future trips!

This home is conveniently located just West of Denver in the Edgewater neighborhood. It is a part of a house amongst other similar houses, convenient parking, clean and comfy. The beds were awesome! The only concern, and this is something the hosts cannot control, is the busy street and bedrooms facing that busy street - so bring ear plugs. Thank you for a safe and convenient stay!

We came to Denver to watch the USA Curling teams. House was just 10 minutes away from coliseum. Close to shopping, entertainment, Sloan lake was 5 minutes away. Thank you

All was great

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the location and walk around Sloan lake. Close to the city. Great communication with the host. Easy access to Boulder etc. Great hiking in Boulder. Market place is too in walking distance.

This was a nicely renovated duplex. We loved its central location to things that we wanted to do in Denver and beyond. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. It has an up to date look and feel. Parking was easy. Rooms had nice big mirrors. The only thing lacking for me was a blanket on the beds. They both had bulky duvet covers which was too hot to sleep with. The only complaint from me is the street noise. It wasn’t quiet at all. This made it hard to sleep.
