A great location for beach access with some nice bars and restaurants close by, it was just a bit of a shame so much building work was going on during our stay. Host was great and villa was very clean and well maintained.

My family of 8 adults and 1 baby fully utilized the facilities available enjoyed by everyone. We only wish we had found the Plaza area earlier on in the stay as this has a great range of choice for shops, restaurants and bars. As it was we fed and watered and entertained ourselves at the villa which probably saved us quite a few Euros. All in all a great week was had by all.

Lovely Villa, very comfortable. Very close to the beach and beach bar. / restaurants and easy to get into the heart of Marbella by bus.

Lovely villa, nicer than the photos, perfect for our family group of 7, with three generations. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Quiet location with the sandy beach on the doorstep and good beach restaurants. We all loved the pool and the outdoor eating area. A car would be useful but buses were easy too. Marbella was really pretty and interested. Communication with the host Vince was amazing, very quick and really helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa.

We had a fabulous time at this spectacular villa. The photos really do not do it Justice. The local shops, bars and restaurants are a 20 minute walk with only the Lido Beach bar on the door step which does not serve food in the evenings. Ubers are easy to use if you dont fancy the walk. The beach really is at the end of the road !!!. I would highly recommend the villa , location not so sure

We had a fabulous long weekend here (Thursday to Monday) The villa is so close to the beach and there are several good restaurants within walking distance - we all really enjoyed La Scala for dinner and Lido Beach for lunch. Villa had everything we needed - beds were very comfortable. Pool area was great and the shaded pergola with dining table was used every day. We didn’t have a car but used Uber to go into Marbella and La Cala and this was easy to do. Would have no problem recommending this villa.

Amazing stay at a brilliant location

The villa is lovely, well maintained and very close to the beach with a couple of nice bars close by.

My family and I stayed at the property for just under two weeks, celebrating multiple birthdays and two anniversaries. The location was ideal, very private and a stone’s throw away to the beach, with great restaurants within walking distance. The villa was extremely well equipped, clean and secure. Communication with the hosts was super easy and nothing was a problem. We wouldn’t hesitate to re book this villa after such a memorable stay! Highly recommend.

Great location for the beach and the local fish restaurants on the beach, an easy walk to Elviria too for a few drinks. Downside is that the top floor has no door as a bedroom it is a spiral staircase but overall would def return. Vince at Casa Care was also a really helpful.

Communication with the property owner in advance was great - very helpful and responsive. The location itself was easy to find and in such a quiet neighbourhood with no passing traffic which mad the time very restful. We had a Ford Focus hire car that was the perfect size for the drive way and meant we were securely locked away. Although the area seems extremely safe so we never worried. The Villa was a good size and had everything we needed. There are several good restaurants within walking distance - the best being La Scala for food and service. The Beach House has great food but chaotic service. Cheaper but very flavourful food at Blanco Bar. Lots of supermarkets within a very short drive - easiest to get to were Mercado and Lidl. Can also be walked to in 20 minutes. Overall a great location with lovely accommodation and a pool.

Fantastic, modern villa in the most perfect of locations close to Marbella. Lovely views of the sea from the roof terrace and a very short walk to the beach. The host (Vince) really could not have done more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really couldn't recommend this villa highly enough and we will almost certainly return!

This was our second visit and every bit ad great as the first . The villa itself is excellent with all facilities and minutes away from a range of restaurants and cafes. We walked the beach every morning and enjoyed the waves crashing in at Sylt a nice beach bar a short walk away. Highly recommend this villa .

Schöne Lage und mit Badehose zum Strand. Strandbars gleich um die Ecke. Nachbarschaft erwartet eine gewisse Ruhe am Abend bzw. Nachts. Vermieter freundlich und antwortet schnell. Ansprechpartner vor Ort vorhanden und sehr nett. Schöner Pool mit wechselnder Beleuchtung. Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Ausführliche Beschreibungsbroschüre im Haus vorhanden. Haus ist alarmgesichert.

This is a lovely villa in a lovely location, no more than a 30 second walk from one of the best beaches in Marbella. The villa was beautiful, tidy and the check in process was seamless. I would highly recommend this villa.

Amazing villa located a stones throw from the beach! Very well equipped, beautiful villa In a quiet area near to Elviria. I would say you need a car to get around as there isn’t too much life close by. Very clean and had everything you’d need for a fab stay.

We we’re two families of 8 people how rented the villa fore one week. The pool was lovely, the beach near by and restaurants just round the corner. We loved our stay! Over al a great villa!!

Lovely villa just like the pictures, quiet location and seconds to the beach. Excellent communication with the property owner and very helpful.

We had a very enjoyable fortnight with our toddler grandson loving the pool and proximity to a lovely beach. The poolside dining area was excellent for breakfast and dinner outside including a couple of barbecues. We walked along the beach to happy hour at the beach house restaurant . It’s a five minute drive to the bars and Restaurants of elviria . The villa is beautifully equipped and spacious . We will be back next year . Marbella and Banus are a short drive away and I would recommend Sunday lunch at El Oceano along outside La Cala and Max Beach just along the coast road. Both have beautiful terraces overlooking the med. Mary Scotland

A very pleasant villa. Good location near the beach. Plenty of room for a family of 5 adults. Well maintained garden area and patio.

Wonderful well kept Villa in a great location close to the beach and lovely restaurants. We loved the roof Terrace it is a real sun trap and the kids spent hours in the pool. We didn't hire a car but got Ubers into Puerto Banus (which was amazing) and Marbella old town. Supermarket was a 20 minute walk we did a big shop on the first day and they arranged a taxi back for us. Throughout the whole booking process Vince was on hand to answer any questions and to give advice. I would recommend this Villa and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Just returned from a really enjoyable holiday at the villa. It is a lovely villa, very tastefully furnished and decorated and a pleasure to stay in. Evenings upstairs on the veranda watching the sun go down and relaxing by the pool was an absolute joy. Plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance and the beach very nearby. The owner was very helpful in the lead up to the Holiday and the management agency were very quick to respond to any minor problems that we had. All of the group had a great time and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

Fantastic week spent at Villa. We were a group consisting of two families. The location was perfect and we were able to take advantage of the beach bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk. The villa was clean and modern with all the space we needed. The pool was perfect for cooling down and taking it easy during the day. We were able to take a bus into Marbella old town (and managed to catch it coming back at approx 11 in the evening with no issues). Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

What a superbly located and set out Villa - the photos and descriptions do not do the Villa justice. Located within a minute walk to the beach- it’s so close you can hear the sea. The villa is suited to a nice relaxing break but close enough to enjoy the delights of Marbella / Estepona. The Sunday vibe at the beach bars are not be missed A few slight issues but the support team where on always available and where quick to response - it’s when issues happen that we are judged and it’s nice to feel you are in good and safe hands. We would highly recommend this villa

I am at a loss to actually put into words what a wonderful experience staying in this Villa actually was. I could not recommend this villa and host Vince highly enough. My husband and I rented this as a 60th birthday celebration with my 3 children and their spouses. On looking originally I had a few queries and emailed Vince , he replied within an hour and gave us all the information we needed and then some.I actually emailed a few times and he was very quick to reply and went above and beyond finding things out for me. On arrival the keys were easily obtainable and we were stunned by how lovely the villa was . Everything inside has been done to a very high standard and all the rooms are a very generous size. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and you can hear the waves lap on the beach. The beach front is very private as it's a residential area and we counted less than a minutes walk. If you walk along for 5 minutes you will come to a small bar on the beach with loungers for hire and pedalos . There is a lovely restaurant a minutes walk from the villa that we went to one night, the food was lovely. With a restaurant and the beach so close you would be forgiven for thinking this would make the area noisy,nothing could be further from the truth we could have heard a pin drop day or night.The pool and outside area were perfect and when we weren't sightseeing we took full advantage of it The supermarkets are close by and very reasonable The bus stop is a 5 minute walk and takes you to Marbella in about 15 minutes. I would recommend a day trip to Gibraltar and a trip to Ronda in the mountains. We had a lovely stay and the property management people were very helpful. My daughter managed to get herself locked in the bathroom and after trying to get her out we phoned them, they had someone round in 20 minutes who managed to free her. If you are reading this, my advice would be book now before you miss the chance of staying here .We will definitely be back
