Property was immaculate. Management company was very responsive to any request. Quiet development. Two amazing Sand Cranes visited us a couple times. They seem to live in the neighborhood. Publix was a short Mike and s half away. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Property was lovely we had a great stay. 12 nights in total, plenty of space for a family of 10. Only negative I would say is that the location is very far from any attractions to get to the theme parks there is a build up of traffic for over an hour each way which is extremely frustrating. Also I had paid for pool heat for 12 days the heat was not turned on until the fifth day when I called the management company which was disappointing as the children could not use the pool for the first couple of days as it was so cold. Overall the stay was pleasant.

The property was super nice

This was a perfect fit for our family!!! The house is exactly as shown, every thing was well stocked. We rented for 11 days and has absolutely no problems! The two living spaces made it nice for the children to watch TV on their own. Everyone had plenty to do while spending time at the house, with the game room and pool. The location was very convenient, with all of the parks, and store near by. We would definitely rent again! Great Family Christmas!!! Thank you.

The home was everything as advertised. We only stayed three days so we didn’t get to have some extended time at the pool and really enjoy the home as we were at Disney each day. I would definitely stay here again and do recommend this home for all but especially those that have large families as I do!! Wonderful!!! Thanks

Its fair to say the villa is every bit as impressive upon arrival as it shows in the photos and video. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back sometime next year. Everything was so simple with clear and precise instructions to find the development from the airport to accessing the home. The house was immaculate on arrival and any questions / queries were answered very quickly. Even the pool guy was so helpful recommending local restaurants. I must say Sue and her team do a great job looking after the home for you Paul and Jill.

Our stay 7th – 21st October 18.   We came mainly for the Epcot Food and Drink Festival although this was the first time we have rented a villa as opposed to staying in a hotel in the I drive area.   I have to be honest it’s a completely different concept to what we have done previously and it did take a few days to get used to being in our own house.   Once we had done a quick shop and stocked up on toilet rolls, bin bags, dishwasher tablets (apparently its pretty standard practice to only be provided with enough of these things to get you through first few days) we really settled in to the home.   The house was very well maintained by Sue and her team who were also very helpful in pointing us in the direction of them local Publix and Target stores for groceries. Apparently there is a Walmart 5 mins in the other direction to I4 but we didn’t actually go down that way.   The pool was well maintained for our whole stay and there was even a card informing you when the pool guy would next be round.   The games room was a nice touch to the home although we had no kids with us so we didn’t spend that much time in there.   Simple booking process and an easy reservation and management team to deal with.   Would definitely look to stay here again.
