We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is comfortable and in a beautiful location.

We didn't realise when we booked, but this cottage is on the same block of land that has a tree farm on it - we had many enjoyable strolls through the rows and rows of saplings/young trees, reading the tags about each species. The cottage itself is very cosy - we needed the air-conditioning as it was quite warm for part of our stay, and it worked very effectively.
We made day trips out to Warragul, Toorongo Falls, the Noojee trestle bridge nearby, even Inverloch, to break up the stay and keep our teenagers from going stir crazy.
Casey and Steve were very welcoming and helpful hosts.

Blerick Country Retreat was perfect. It was like stepping into a country movie; the owners were so courteous and had the open fire roaring so when we entered the beautiful retreat the barn was warm and welcoming! It was idyllic! The attic bedroom offered paddock and rolling hill views. The spa was huge and with a bottle of bubbles we melted away our Sydney stresses and enjoyed the peaceful sounds of Neerim South. The retreat is situated so that a leisurely drive to Mt Baw Baw takes you off on a snow boarding adventure and then returns you to horses, paddocks, and vineyards. It is the perfect weekend getaway or a week long holiday! 5 stars for this retreat!

I'm a single person with an old dog who needs to be inside, and to be able to bring him to a place where he was welcome inside and cared for was really great. I was very tired and needed peace and quiet. A couple of days in lovely surroundings with the comfort of a wood fire and flexibility of a kitchen did the trick.

Absolutely loved the Mudbrick cottage! Had everything we needed for our getaway. So cosy inside & surrounded by nature outside. Would definitely stay here again.

we arrived to find the mud brick cottage only a meter away from the owners home, and no blinds on front windows ..no privacy!! not what is shown on images..

A truly wonderful and relaxing spot to chill and soak in the surrounding areas. Roaring fireplace in the winter and a beautiful cosy retreat. Fell in love with the resident elpaca,s. Mount bawbaw close enough to enjoy the winter snowfall...would recommend this accomodation to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

Cottage was so cozy and cute, with rustic charm and it was great to come home every day to a relaxing spa. The hosts were very warm and friendly and provided lots of little personal touches that you don't usually get. We loved feeding the llamas every day.(They prefer apples to carrots). We especially loved Zoey the dog, who always made a point of coming to see us every morning for a quick hello and checked every evening to say goodnight. We miss her.
