We liked unit 9. It was perfect for us. The unit was supplied with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Access to the beach is a top priority for us. We will want to stay here again.

Clean and spacious for all three of us plus the dog. The best part, in addition to the cleanness, was that you are on the beach by literally just crossing the communal patio. Perfect!!!!

Great place to stay overnight before our cruise. Beach is right around the corner. We got to watch the space x launch from chairs provided. Host was easy to reach and we had no issues. Great stay. Highly recommended!

There was hair on the king size comforter and on the sheets. So needless to say could not sleep on that bed and a huge clump of hair that looked like someone cleaned out of their brush on the floor. And stuff all over the front of the refrigerator. Other than that it was a nice place with a great location!!! The beach access was great.

My family and I had a most enjoyable stay at this charming place. It’s comfortable and has plenty of amenities for making yourself at home. The property is well managed and we were so grateful for the help, thoughtfulness and recommendations that we received. We also all truly appreciated that the beach is steps from the property so we could maximize our time on it. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return.

The condo was conveniently located right by the beach, the closet full of beach accessories were what sold us on booking! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets were so soft!

There was some remodeling going on upstairs that was very loud! This occurred throughout the duration of the stay and affected our ability to relax during the daytime hours. The manager was very accommodating and communicated in a timely and prompt manner.

Loved getting a chance to stay right on the beach! Beautiful! Michael was great to work with!! Our family had a wonderful time!

We selected this property due to its closeness to Port Canaveral. The owner was fantastic and allowed us early check-in to accommodate us, which was so appreciated. We made a beach day out of it and even saw two rockets launch from nearby Cape Canaveral. We could literally walk around the corner of the building and be at the beach. It was challenging without a car, as there aren't a lot of nearby places for essentials, but overall it was a great stay.

I loved this place because it’s literally on the beach and it’s really quiet! The outside doesn’t look the best BUT once u see the inside you will be pleasantly surprised! Everything is remodeled! The only thing I would recommend they change is the size of the TVs. The TVs were a bit small but other than that I loved this place! I will definitely be booking this place again! I was on the first floor which was perfect! And this place is pet friendly! All the floors are wood as well!!!

Very nice property, close to the beach.

We had a relaxing couple of days. Condo is nice and worked great for a couple nights as a family of 5. The beach stuff was really great to have. The owner responded quickly to my questions. The only thing I would suggest is adding a few more towel hooks to hang wet beach clothing on since you dont have a porch to let them air dry.

This is a remodelled apt in a nice neighborhood right on the beach. Our host was very attentive and responded to a couple concerns very promptly. I had a special request which went above and beyond and our host kindly assisted me with that concern. Like many places, there were a couple issues. My friend and I are older adults and we found the living room furniture (futons) rather uncomfortable. We stayed for 5 weeks. Someone staying for a day or two or who is younger might not notice. We also saw a bug but our host responded immediately organizing pest control. (It is Florida after all! There will be bugs from time to time). One of the most pleasant surprises for us was how friendly and considerate the other condo dwellers were. While there is no washer/dryer in the unit, there was a well equipped laundry room for the complex with modern equipment. The price for washing and drying ($1 each) was the cheapest I have ever seen in Florida! We found loads of seashells, had a front row seat to watch numerous rockets launch and greatly enjoyed the beach which was never crowded. Parking is convenient. Thank you, Mike, for going above and beyond for us!

Amazing location steps from the beach. Nice appliances and new finishes. The king bed in the master is creaky and saggy — needs replaced. Lacking coffee to make a morning cup and extra towels & blankets.

We had a great time. This was our second stay at this property and it was just as expected! Clean and comfortable with just a few steps to the beach.

Michael made the logistics run very smoothly and even let us do a late check out. So close to the beach and great place to relax as it was very quiet!

Cutest beach condo, with anything you need. Price is awesome for the location. Clean, roomy for 4 ppl.
