This is a great condo! The check in was extremely easy and the communication with the owners was A+! We hated to leave. This has nothing to do with the overall rating but we had an individual in a wheelchair. She was able to get in the bedroom doors but was not able to get in the bathrooms. Otherwise it was awesome!!the actualbat

Our family really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. The condo was wonderful. The owner thought of all our needs. It was relaxing and so close to the beach. We look forward to visiting again.

The condo was clean and updated, it had everything you needed! We really enjoyed the views from the balcony! The beach wasn't packed and the water was perfect.We had a wonderful time and just relaxing and decompressing on vacation.

Really enjoyed our time. The location is away from hustle and bustle of downtown St. Augustine and in a picture perfect beach setting on Crescent beach. The host is very responsive and we found everything about the place to be really good. One can’t go wrong with staying here.

This is a great property in the Crescent Beach section of St Augustine. We loved the water views from the front and the ocean views from the back balcony and bedroom. The place is very clean and nicely set up. We were able to cook our meals when we were in the condo, and enjoyed area restaurants too. Of Course, this beach property is not far from downtown St Augustine and lots of shopping and restaurants.
While we were comfortable mostly, I do think the mattresses could use and upgrade. The primary bedroom mattress was very worn out, and a bit unsupported. My adult children slept in front bedroom in the twin beds. The room is quite bright from the lights in the hallway and the exit sign by the stairs. I would recommend room darkening curtains for the front bedroom. Overall, we had a very good stay at the beach.
The beach is gorgeous, the pool was great to have, and it was nice to park in the garage. Thanks for a great week.

Beach walks, sunrises, sunsets, soaring pelicans; a balcony with a view of a beautiful non crowded beach made this one of our best vacations. So many great restaurants nearby & a great location for history buffs. Added bonus: condo is so tastefully decorated with a beach theme & beach gear provided.

I often say that owners need to actually spend time in their rentals to really understand and appreciate the quality of what they're offering. This place truly was a gem. From the furniture to the flatware to the dishes to the towels and linens (etc.) - it was like staying "at home". Very comfortable, very clean. And Libby and I communicated very well. From getting her opinion to notifying us the condo was available early and providing explicit instructions on arrival and departure details. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Lovely unit.

The condo was neat and clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The owners were fantastic easy to communicate and quick to respond back. The condo is clean. Everything was just perfect. We had a view of the beach from the back and a view of the intercoastal waterway in the front. Will definitely be back!!!! Thank you Libby!!!!

You cannot go wrong staying here. There is a fabulous view out either front or back. (I could not decide which was front or back). Sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean, and sunset on the Mantanzas River are each breathtaking. This nice 2 BR condo is perfectly furnished, as well as decorated. Within a 30 minute drive, you can to Hastings to the County Line produce for the best fresh vegetables right out of the garden, shop at Premium Outletts, see multiple tourist attractions in St. Augustine, and dine at a multitude of restaurants. The owners are very gracious and available to answer any questions. They also have another unit on the same floor that is larger for bigger families.

Windjammer 305 was a very nice, clean and well decorated condo. Perfect views with balconies facing the ocean front and the inter coastal waterway. Yep you get the sunrise and sunset. Pretty much everything you need just bring your food and clothes. Also great communication with Libby.

Condo was great but pool was not well maintained. Covered with floating dead bugs. We like to swim after going to the beach and we were very disappointed in the state of the pool.

This was our first stay on the east coast of FL. We were so taken back by its beauty. From the moment you open the door and see directly to the ocean you’re in love. If you can think of a gadget or item you look for it’s there, the only only thing I’d have liked was a toaster oven but that’s just me. We’re going back next year & planning for 2 weeks!!

Beautifully decorated condo on the edge of Crescent Beach. Quiet gated community. Comfy beds and living room sectional. Fully stocked kitchen. Great covered balcony right on the water. Beach access was perfect. Short drive to some amazing restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a great location! We enjoyed the views from both sides! The access to the beach was very easy! The beach was not crowded at all, and we were able to spread out. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing was that we could not enjoy was the balcony. We weren’t even able to leave the screen closed to open the doors. The bugs were absolutely terrible and they were everywhere. We sprayed and had a bug zapper, that’s the only way it was tolerable. They don’t bite, they are just all over. With all that, we would definitely come back. We would come back at a different time of year. We would definitely recommend this place!

The weather did not cooperate with us but it’s Florida…. I’d say pretty unusual weather for May with gale force winds and dreary days but the place was very nice. A little disappointing there was construction next complex which was just outside the balcony but understandable it has to be done due to the damage they received. Libby was very accommodating. The condo was very well stocked and so nice to get a remote for the gate. Also, it was nice there were beach towels and access to the storage downstairs. We brought our own chairs and towels but that is a huge plus for anyone flying into the area. I would love to stay in your condo again and it was so nice to rent from you.

I have no words for how fabulous this property was! Everything you could ever need was there - from beach chairs, umbrellas and even pickleball gear! The kitchen had every single item you wanted! The furniture is gorgeous! It is beautifully decorated, and the beds are fabulous. The view was pure glory! There was not a single missing detail! LOVE!!!

We expected to have a good time at Crescent Beach FL, but this condo exceeded our expectations. The unit was clean, spacious and fully stocked to help make a beach experience thoroughly enjoyable. Our hosts were very responsive and in close communication if we had questions. The unit's kitchen was well supplied with any utensil you may need, the living area was very comfortable and open, the bedroom allowed us to fall asleep to the soft, soothing sounds of the surf.
The area surrounding the property showed us some beautiful sunrises and sunsets (even moonrise over the ocean), and the beach was clean and not crowded. Lots of fresh seafood is available at several local restaurants.
We highly recommend checking out The Windjammer and Crescent Beach for a delightful vacation that is close to historic St. Augustine and has all one needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The beach location is fantastic & just a short walk from the beautiful 2 bedroom unit that is equipped with everything you will need! Walking on Crescent Beach is such a peaceful uplifting experience with the sand’s powdery texture making it an easy walk!
The spacious balcony provides a great view of the beach & an enjoyable place to relax with very comfortable chairs. My husband was able to sleep comfortably in the king sized bed which is a big plus since most beds are not that comfortable for him with his back problems! We left forward to coming back to this vacation gem!

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful Condo. Our only complaint is with the twin beds. They were very uncomfortable. Please consider putting pillow top mattress toppers on them.

Relaxing Stay on Crescent Beach
From the moment that we stepped into this property at 315 Windjammer, we felt our stress melt away. From the beautiful view of the beach to the lovely decor, we fully enjoyed our vacation here. We loved that the beach is not crowded and that we could find our own area to hang out. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Very Pleasantly Surprised
I have stayed at VRBOs for many years on vacays and this one was definitely the cleanest, most well equipped and comfortable place at which we've stayed. I wish they were all this accommodating. Only one suggestion to future guests: If you want to sleep in, bring a sleep mask. The vertical blinds do little to block the sun, so it's like a very loud "Good Morning!" every day. LOL!!!

Beautiful, quiet getaway!
The views from the condo are spectacular! And Crescent Beach was a refreshing change from the crowded beaches we've experienced in other areas. The owners have thought of everything that could possibly make our stay more enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, the closet in the master is enormous with plenty of shelves and hangers, the furniture was comfortable, and they even provided access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers! We were so grateful to find such an amazing place to stay for our vacation and are grateful to the Beeses for being such great hosts. We definitely plan to return!
