This was our second time in this awesome condo!! There have been a few upgrades since our last trip. You need to stay here!! It’s perfect for family of all age ranges!!

Clean. Spacious. Held 6 adults and 2 kids easily. Super location. Well stocked. Walking distance to food, bars, etc. Great pool. A perfect place to stay and get your daughter married.

Our extended family of eight just returned from a week at this condo. The unit is older but updated, clean and spacious and perfect for our six adults and two kids. The beach was clean and gorgeous and the pool was lovely. The on-site restaurants made daily meals very convenient. Very close to Redhook, Secret Harbor and Sapphire Beach but we liked this beach the best. Would return!

Just left seahorse sands and was great. The owners have this place well stocked! Like every kitchen dish and appliance you could imagine! We eat out most of the time but for those that want to save money and eat in, you will have no problems. Also lots of baby gear if you have a little one. Cards and games and beach towels , pool noodles and snorkels. Wish there was at least a hotel size shampoo and conditioner to start though. I did bring some but would have been nice to have one for my kids. Very spacious- 2 king beds and 2 queens, 3 full bathrooms. It is not on ground floor but bottom floor, so can’t walk from back patio out, as I thought from the pictures. Red hook is a quick drive away but not walkable only because no sidewalks and very narrow roads. 2 restaurants on site. Beach is not as great as it appears but still nice and we explored all the island beaches anyway. Would definitely recommend!

This condo was the perfect home base for my family’s vacation. Everyone had their own comfy bed and bath. The kitchen was updated, spotless, and well stocked so that we could cook and grill meals, which was necessary because STT is SUPER, SUPER expensive, especially sense this trip included my three teens. We enjoyed its location near the pool and hot tub, easy stroll to the beach, and it’s closeness to Red Hook. We drove all over the island easily from this condo. It is only a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, shopping, site seeing, and the ferry to STJ. The neighborhood is beautiful. The local kitties that prowl the grounds are cute. The restaurant on site is delicious. We used the beach towels and snorkel gear provided in the condo literally every day. And every night, I enjoyed listening to the ocean waves as I went to sleep. We had an awesome vacation here! Thank you!

While it seemed that the owners were not quite ready for our arrival, we loved the location of the condo, and the owners were very apologetic about work that was being done. With three beds and baths, the condo was spacious enough for three couple to get ready and relax in comfort.

We had a wonderful time here with a family of 7 from an infant, a 13 year old, 2 19 year olds, a 39 year old & 2 seniors. The view from the balcony was great and the furnishings were so comfortable that the seniors took it over. Pro: the information from the host was spot on and very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and having a laundry was great. The coffee station kept everyone out of the cooks way when fixing breakfast or meals. The furniture was comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Sangrias had good pizza and the beach bar was very good. There was always a multitude of chairs available on the beautiful beach which was very clean and a very short walk from the front door. Cons: The condo itself wasn’t that clean. The floor were sticky needing a cleaned upon arrival. While the beds were inviting with the white comforters they were too warm and lightweight blankets or quilts would have been more comfortable. All of the beds while comfortable had queen or full size top sheets that were too small. The next day when doing laundry after our 24 hours were up to notify the host we found loads of towels in the washer and dryer, the dishwasher also had dirty dishes. And the coffee cups in the cupboard were soiled. For the cleaning fee we expected a much cleaner property. The on-site restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market was over priced for the food. Over all we would stay there again as it was a beautiful location.

The condo was exactly as described and in a fabulous location. Wonderful beach right out the door and convenient to all St Thomas and St John have to offer. Communication was great and we would definitely return to this lovely spot.

Honestly this was such a nice condo with a great location! The hosts were completely responsive when I had a small issue (my own fault)! I loved that there were beach towels and snorkel gear to use. The beds were all comfortable, we ate breakfast on the back patio every morning with that great view. Cowpet Bay was clean, and not crowded at all! Made for utmost relaxation! My only complaint is that one dishwasher pod is not enough! I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Pool cards didn’t work. Owner notified. Was able to get into pool area by reaching over fence.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nazareth. Condo was clean and well kept. Appreciated the information packet regarding the condo area attractions andcservices. Loved the layout of the unit. It was wonderful staying so close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again on return visit! We did send notification to owners when we arrived of a rip in a screen and not all the passes were present on arrival. We did not hear back. The return communication would have been appreciated.

Nice property. Close access to both a beach and swimming pool. Rooms were adequate for 3 couples or (in our case) 4 friends. I really think the property should have its own dumpster on site for trash if you have to take care of your own at the end of your stay. Beds were comfortable, but probably need updating. Another issue on the island is that if you don’t rent a car, you have to take taxis to get ANYWHERE and they only accept CASH and its not cheap to get around. I’m not sure why this is since it’s a US property, but definitely something you need to be prepared for. Lots of things to do on the island - we were never bored and even spent two days just relaxing on the property. There are two restaurants on property; the smaller one was great; the nicer one was overpriced in my opinion and the food wasn’t any better than can be had in your own city.

An amazing property in an amazing location! Pool and hot tub were great, steps from the beach which was not crowded, and able to walk to two restaurants on the beach. The property was perfect for us - 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, great balcony, everything was as described in the listing. Owner response was immediate - would love to return!!

The condo is in a great location with a great beach in walking distance. There were a couple of restaurants on the grounds and a pool bar. Lot of room for the five of us and well stocked kitchen. Also provided good local information. Very happy with our stay.

GREAT location. In our opinion, better beach/water than the Ritz next door. One does need a car, do rent one. One acclimates quickly to the left side, and thankfully the speeds are slow out of necessity. The terrain is hilly, winding and fun. It is not safely walkable to Red Hook and you’ll definitely be going there. It was a quiet stay, beds were comfortable. Grateful for all the space, kitchen equipment and grill. The bar/bartenders at Caribbean Fish Market were memorably great. Bring/buy bug spray for no see-ums in the beach area and mosquitoes in general. Also, pack your own toiletries etc, not provided. Thanks hosts for a great stay!

Perfect setup clean excellent distance to the beach and bar and restaurants

Great condo in a fantastic location. Condo was perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We were thrilled to not have to lug along a pack n play. Our 2-year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed the sand toys and we all loved the easy walk down to the pristine beach. Cowpet is definitely a fantastic place to stay with the secluded beach, Caribbean Fish Market and beach bar right outside our door. The pool is also a nice bonus as well as proximity to Red Hook, grocery stores, shopping and ferry to St John. Our only disappointment was that the dining table could only seat 4. The combination of the toddler and Covid had us eating more dinners at the condo than we might have otherwise and it would have been nice if all 6 of us could have sat at the same table. We did have a bit of trouble getting the TV to change channels but the tech savvy in our group managed to get that rectified. Not sure if there is some trick we missed but clearer instructions on how to operate the cable system and TV settings might help. Our only other suggestion would be to consider new living room sofas as these are getting a bit worn. All in all, we’d definitely go back and stay with you again.

The location to the beach is the highlight here. There is a bar and small bistro with average food on site. There is also a more high end restaurant on site. For all other options you will need to hire a cab or drive into redhook. As for the unit itself it is very dated. The furniture is in need of a refresh.

The property was nice and included great amenities such as pool and beach as well as onsite restaurant. Close to Red Hook district with many restaurants and shops but do not recommend walking as it is mountain roads that are regularly trafficked. Owners were prompt in answering any questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend :-)

Great location, beautiful views, clean and welcoming. Enjoyed a wonderful week with the family

There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. This is a definite plus especially with an all female group! The proximity to Red Hook is also a huge plus. The condo has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary pots, pans, utensils, etc. It is steps away from the beach. It is also right next to the pool and hot tub. The description of this property is totally accurate. Two of the bedrooms are Oceanview. There are separate air conditioners for each room. The ocean breeze is so nice we only used the ac during sleeping hours. The living room, dining area and kitchen are one big open area. I don't have any negatives to express about this property. Even the trash situation (there isn't private trash pickup on the island.... would be impossible to maneuver most of the roads)isn't a problem as the dumpsters are just at the end of the road; however, keep this in mind if you don't have a car. It is your responsibility to remove all trash. This is my favorite property of the places we have stayed so far. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time here! Three large bedrooms and baths made traveling with a large family (and widespread in age) easy. The condo came with everything we needed to start our trip off easily. It also includes an assigned parking spot very close by, which we appreciated with a rental car. We arrived after dark, and woke up to a stunning view from the main balcony. Drunking coffee on the balcony while watching the ocean was my favorite start to the day. The beach is a short and easy walk away, past a lawn the little ones liked playing in, and has free chairs to use. We had no problem finding chairs to use each day and it was a relaxing place for our young children to swim and play in the soft sand. There's a poolside bar, and several restaurants very close to the property-we loved eating at Caribbean Fish Market! We appreciated the extras available like beach towels and sunscreen, and while we didn't make use of the baby gear in the condo, it was nice to know it was available if we forgot something. Red Hook shopping and ferry is just minutes away, this location is awesome, quiet, clean inside and out, and we would definitely book this same unit again. The hosts were very communicative and sent detailed instructions and some travel tips in advance. Thanks for the wonderful introduction to STT, we are already planning a return trip!

We loved staying here. The beach was steps away, and one of the nicest beaches on the island. It was quiet, yet had many conveniences. We enjoyed the two restaurants on the property as well as the pool. We hope to return.

The condo was excellent, and was the perfect fit for our family. It provided all of the amenities we needed, and was spacious and clean. The property/pool/beach was also beautiful; the only drawback was having to drive our trash to the nearby dump instead of having an on-site disposal area. Due to COVID, the pool bar was closed, so that was a bit disappointing, but the Carribbean Fish Market restaurant was excellent for dinner.

We enjoyed the stay. Positives are the location where you are a few steps to the beach and a short drive to Redhook. There is a lot to do in the area but in my opinion a rental car is a must. The condo is a modest property that reminded me of staying at the Jersey Shore when I was young. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and we wound up using it a lot. In general the restaurants around redhook were ok but not great so we made most breakfasts and lunches. Stop at Moes for groceries. The quality is pretty good. As far as a vacation experience, this was one of the best.

Well appointed, open concept space. Master is on one side while the other 2 bedrooms on the other. Wished the master had the balcony access but the walkout from the living room worked. Beds were comfy, kitchen was adequate & bedrooms spacious. Paper products were low and pool access was null, attempted to get this resolved and was directed to contact the property office on a Sunday. I had zero interest in working on vacation to fix something that shouldn't have been my issue so we never saw the pool. Overall a solid stay with no major issues; some nearbys alluded to there being trash pickup for their units and offered to store ours with theirs allowing us to avoid traveling in a taxi with trash which was nice.

Perfect for 6 girls for a small Bachelorette party and we loved being so close to a small quiet beach!

Let me start with the caveat that the 5 star review is solely about the property and dealing with the owners - there are mitigating circumstances on the island that you need to be aware of (and have certainly been called out in the previous reviews) before heading down to St. Thomas.As has been noted, the unit is spacious, clean and stocked with just about everything you need for your stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived around 4:30pm on Monday the power was out and learned that one of the generators at the complex had failed. When the generator was restored, there was a big power surge that blew out the breaker in the condo that controlled the WiFi, cable tv, and half of the electrical outlets. Cell service is really spotty in places so it was a challenge at first getting in touch with the owners. The owners were very responsive and scheduled for maintenance to show up the next morning. It took the maintenance guy another day to finally solve the breaker issue, but everything was now working . My only inconvenience was that I had a 1 hour work video call I had to do on Wednesday morning that was impossible to carry out in the condo because of the WiFi situation. I ended up securing a meeting room at the Ritz Carlton property adjacent to Cowpet Bay West and had no issues. That's what I get for working during my vacation!The private beach was the big hit of the trip. Absolutely loved the serenity, the views, the marina, the water and the fact that we had no issues with seaweed that was plaguing the rest of the islands. Accessibility to Red Hook and the ferry to St John's was easy and only 5 minutes away. The trash issue is real and I would also recommend bringing heavier grade garbage bags, especially if you're not renting a car. There seemed to be random dumpsters scattered all over, but the main dump that's only minutes from the condo will definitely test your gag reflexes. If you're staying on St Thomas, you will be hard pressed to find a better location/better value. Plenty of room for our party of 6 and I miss my sunrise coffee on the balcony already!

I loved the stay, but beware of the trash policy. You pay a cleaning fee that always covers the host taking care of trash every other place, but this one they expect you to haul trash to a city dumpster miles away from property. Not really what I want to do on my vacation. Great location though.
