Perfect little home away from home.

My family and I stayed at this cabin for the Thanksgiving weekend and I have to say, I was impressed! The cabin was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep. The location was also convenient to visiting around the area. Jim and Jeanne were easy to communicate with and so friendly! We didn't get to meet them in person but they gave us clear instructions to getting to the property and how to get in touch. I will say that if you're looking for a private cabin, this is not the cabin as there are other cabins nearby but we rarely saw our neighbors. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest and a clean place, I definitely recommend this cabin!

This is our 2nd stay at the cabin. It is perfect for us. Close to beautiful golf course, hiking trails, and horseback riding. So comfortable and close to the stream/ creek.

We had a wonderful time staying in this clean, warm, well-equipped home. Everything in the home was as expected, and everyone was comfortable. There is plenty of parking, and it is easy to get in and out of the driveway. There is a little field in front of the house that was great for outdoor play. The one thing that surprised me was a lack of outdoor privacy I thought we would have based on pictures. It looked to me like the house was surrounded by a field and woods, but there are actually neighbors very close, immediately across the small creek, looking directly into the back/side yard and porch. It wasn't a huge problem, just wasn't what I was expecting, and I didn't feel as comfortable as I had hoped sitting by the creek and letting the kids play in the water. The home was perfect, and I would absolutely live there if I could. The proximity to neighbors was just unexpected. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to stay in this cozy home!

Wonderful setting, comfortable and reasonably priced. We’ve stayed a couple of times and plan to go back.

The cabin was immaculate with everything imaginable included. The grandsons visited and played in the creek while their parents relaxed by the campfire! Quiet, cozy cabin. We loved turning off the A/C and enjoying the fresh mountain air and the soothing sound of the creek. Very friendly neighbors across the creek as well. We will definitely stay again!

We love this place when we are heading to concerts in Hiawassee. One of our favorites.

The only thing that would have made this trip better is if we could have stayed longer! The creek was so relaxing, and the cabin has everything a person needs except your clothes and your food! The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in while on vacation. I have arthritis and I had less aches and pains in the mornings last week than I have had in a long time. We even raised the mattress off the bed to find out who makes it because it made such a difference that I have to buy one. The bedding was also amazing, it was so cozy and inviting. Needless to say we slept like logs!! We did a little fishing in the creek and caught a couple of tiny trout, but it was fun. We also got in the creek to cool off during the heat of the day one day, it was very cool and refreshing. We also had the opportunity to meet the property owner and he was such a nice man. We loved this lil cabin and literally everything about it, book it, you won’t be disappointed!

The cabin was beautiful and the creek was mesmerizing. Morning cool, coffee and the sounds of the creek were my favorite parts. We will definitely be staying again.

The cabin and property were quiet and nicely situated, and were equipped with everything I needed. I enjoyed walking in the creek and sitting on the swinging chair overlooking the creek. This is a great place for a family and also for me as a single senior. My grandsons came to visit and spent one night with me, and the twin beds in the loft were perfect for them. We enjoyed fishing in the creek, building a campfire, and roasting hot dogs and marshmallows together.

The cabin and property were terrific. Loved the location and flowing creek behind the cabin.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It is very relaxing and comfortable. We loved the stream that flows all around the property, and the porch swings and rockers made it extra special and relaxing. Never turned on the TV while we were there at all. Plan on going back in June. The hosts were very nice and accommodating.

This place was so nice. Perfect for a couple by themselves or with a children. The canin was clean and well equipped. The creek was awesome. All of the surrounding area was beautiful too. If we're back in this area we would definitely stay at again.

It was beautiful, quite, peaceful....just what you want for a get-a-way. No cell service but has land line and wifi....best vaca yet!

My husband and I enjoyed the quiet, beautiful, relaxing cabin for a 4 night stay last weekend. The pictures don’t do it Justice and I was worried since the cost was so reasonable. We will definitely be returning once the weather warms up. I’ve already sent your link for the cabin to my friends and family after being asked about the cabin when I posted pictures of our stay. Very private for a great get away for families are couples. Landscape is a dreamy place with all the necessities ( beautiful ❤️ Creek that runs down beside the land, you have a open pitch to sit in the yard a wrap around porch to see all of the beauty of the mountains, lots of parking space, gated entrance, a old fashion tree swing, bring your fishing equipment A beautiful wrap around porch with old fashion rocking chairs and swing, a grill,. Inside is to die for it's a cabin in a house built with lots of beautiful designs, upstairs twin beds and stairs fill size, everything is there that you would. Owners are very pleasant and helpful, they truly care about their tenants well being. We would recommend this beautiful cabin by the lake to everyone. It's a 10 on list.

Nice place, good communication with owner, close proximity to Hayesville. Neighbors were a little closer than expected, but the noisy Tusquittee masked that fact a little bit. Plenty of cookware stocked, so creating a good meal will only require your ingredients. We typically have to run to DG for something we assume will be on hand. No the case this time, everything was there. Very nice stay.

Great base camp to explore the area. Hosts were phenomenal. Will definitely be back for another stay

This was our third time staying here and we absolutely love it. If your looking for the quietness away from the city and the tranquility that the creek produces you’ll love it here. Thank you again for another wonderful getaway.

The location on the river, near to the town but with the perfect quiet distance has gived us all that we were looking for, a warm place with all the commodities to enjoy a family Christmas holidays. The communication with Jim And Jeanne was fast and easy, the weather was pretty cold and they provided all the needed to have our check in ready for that weather, the house has all that you can need, no details are missing, even the Christmas decorations was beautiful and we have feel like in our home.

The cabin was nothing short of perfect. Everything was stocked that would be needed and the property was super clean. The stream was even more relaxing than we’d expected it would be. The Tigers’ were amazing hosts, from the check-in process and making sure everything was stocked and clean, to the wonderful recommendations for hiking spots in the area. We hope to be back to visit soon!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The sound of the stream was so relaxing. We loved watching the birds and the squirrels. This cabin was far more than what we expected. The Christmas decorations was a pleasant addition. They supplied all the things that was needed just the food. The town wasn't far and has nice shops. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin to make this a wonderful surprise trip for my husband. I look forward to returning for another get a way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything about the cabin and the rental property was what we hoped for. Would visit here again or refer to others.

I cannot say enough good things about this cabin. The host have paid lot of attention to detail and comfort. We simply enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it.

Property was beautiful, clean, spacious, and peaceful. This beautiful little home was perfect for me and my wife's getaway. It's close to some hole in the wall little towns and tourist stops. Definitely plan on coming back around the same time next year.
