The home was a great stay for 3 adults. Extra points to the individual bathrooms on each of the 3 bedrooms. Overall the home was spacious, clean, and inviting. We will book here again if we are in Moab 10/10.

Nice modern house. Backs up to a beautiful red cliffside. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after hiking all day. Check out the Ken's Lake trail within a mile of the house. You are about 10 minutes to downtown Moab, and 20 to Arches.

The place was nice and in good location. But on the day we checked out we noticed bread on the counter had gotten eaten by mice and then the goldfish in another bag had a hole in bag from mice. Totally disgusted!!! We had heard scurrying around at night and saw a mouse outside, but seems as though it was in the house.

The places was exactly what we needed for our stay in Moab. Everything was comfortable & clean. Although not a complaint, the place could use some hooks in the closets & entry.

The home was clean, stocked and as it was listed. Like most corp owned homes it had very little in the pantry so bring your own seasonings etc. Loved the hot tub and the evening view of the canyon. We would book again if in the area

My family enjoyed our stay at Rim view. It was the perfect floor plan for our family with littles. They loved the bunk beds. Although it is a bit south of town, it is right off of 191 so easy to make trips into and around Moab. We especially loved the hot tub after a full day of activities.

Experience was good. House was clean. The only problem was the wind kept blowing the cover off the hot tub causing sand and dirt in the hot tub so we were unable to use it. But we liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The coffee pot could be replaced, it took quite a while to brew a pot of coffee

Very cute place! Nice and clean, comfortable beds and well stocked house in terms of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. Loved using the hot tub under the beautiful starry sky. Was a little further outside of Moab than we expected but nothing problematic. Some mentioned the highway noise but we didn’t notice it. Check in & out was super easy with no problems. Perfect size for 3 adults & 3 kids. Overall great Moab visit!

Clean and convenient location. Close to Moab attractions and Arches National Park. Only complaint is home is close to highway and truck noise was pretty loud in front two bedrooms. No problem for heavy sleepers.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath home suited us perfectly. 2 couples and 1 single. The design of the home was open and encouraged visiting. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gas grill. Cell coverage was spotty, but wifi was available.

Very nice condo, well decorated. Had the necessary‘s for cooking, the minimum is on utensils. But still did the trick. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but did go out and take a look at it. Looked great view is amazing and location is out-of-the-way of downtown so very quiet. Did have some mouse droppings in one of the bathrooms, but given the field and openness of the area it’s not surprising. Still very nice place to visit

The home was very nice and spacious. Great for a family of 5 with plenty of private space , as well as separate living areas to eat and socialize. Outside patio with beautiful Mountain Views and quiet. Great hot tub! Close to the town of Moab for shopping and eating.

Great views. Quiet. Jacuzzi was nice. Very spacious. When we first arrived, the key and lockbox were locked inside the house so I had to call to get the code for the other lockbox in the back. I think the directions could be updated to say directly to the right of the Zoo sign (located on the left side of the road).

We stayed with our 4 kids and had plenty of room. Love the neighborhood and just down the street from the busy tourist spots. Night sky is amazing. Our kids loved using the hot tub under the stars. Kitchen and dining has plenty of room and we were able to make breakfast and dinner. We can’t wait to come back and visit Moab!

Very limited towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, and no paper towels, dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. We ended up running to the store for these items. Other than this issue, we would definitely recommend this house, and would stay here again in the future.

Great house, enjoyed our stay. Would have enjoyed some board games or puzzles or something similar to do. That said, not having the items had no impact on the quality of the property or our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place. Near both parks. Plenty of room for our for kids and for adult family. Beds were comfy. Really enjoyed the hot tub! There is some road noise from the highway, but you can really only hear it when you are outside. Only complaint is similar to others – – the kitchen needs to be better stocked. We had very limited utensils, plates, cups, pans. But they were very responsive and brought us more utensils the very next day. Great stay. Would recommend

About 10 minutes outside of town, and a view that is to die for this place was worth every penny. the property was clean and inviting, with clear instructions on how everything worked. The hot tub gave the most amazing views of the stars, be sure to turn all the lights in the house off!! After reading some other reviews, there was a bit of concern about the cleanliness and the amount of dishes but I felt that the house was very clean, and we were able to cook breakfast every morning without problem. The washer and dryer came in handy to get the clothes clean before i got home!. Over all what a great place to stay, I'll be booking this spot for all of our future MOAB trips.

This quiet retreat was the third place we stayed while visiting southern Utah. It is located about 5 minutes south of Moab. Getting in was easy with great instructions. Access to garage was a nice benefit. While it was not as well stocked as other rentals we've stayed at, it was sufficient. Open floor plan allows for gathering without being on top of each other. Bedrooms are small but comfortable. We made use of the hot tub after hiking all day. It was working perfectly and was a welcome respite. We would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Moab Area.

Very nice place to stay, difficult to find at night. Go by the mileage given not the wording. But we would come back for sure!
