The property is located walking distance to the Blenheim centre, within easy reach of the supermarket and an easy drive to main highways with off street parking. Good space inside and outside for our family of four adults to relax and spread out. Nice touch with a couple of bottles of wine in the fridge, choccies on the pillows and a well equipped kitchen.

This property is top dollar but the furnishings and beds are old and tired and have seen slightly better days which didn’t live up to the high nightly cost of over $600 - the photos made it look better than it was. There are also lots of furry throws, some of which have also seen better days. This property is actually a family home rather than a ‘holiday home’ so it’s pretty packed full of the owners belongings! Although it has a quiet secluded location we were disappointed that our privacy wasn’t respected with a gardener showing up two mornings out of four and then the owners were staying in their other rental ‘the bunker’ at the bottom of the driveway and would pop in and out of the pool area to access their freezer in a storage annex. Finally the pool is unfortunately not heated. So all in all a tad disappointing for the nightly cost although it’s a great location and nicely presented.
