Convenient to stay and connect with Yaamaha Casino.We were referred by another family member We stayed to attend a concert but because of travel we were running a little late.. Everything worked out just fine because we ate at the lounge, heard entertainment than jumped on the shuttle After the long night,we headed back to the hotel and had a very comfortable sleep!

Just wished you would provide continental breakfast.We asked about a nearby restaurant howeve,r, there was no one (of staff )that seemed to know about the surrounding area

Lack of basic amenities. Only one vending machine, which was non-operational. We were told to go across the major street to a gas station. Room was positioned above pool. Window was open and could not be easily closed.

Great hotel, the hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. the room and bathroom are very spacious and very comfortable. We had dinner at the Bistro and it was one of best meals we’ve ever had, amazing! we went back for breakfast and again it was delicious! 5 star cuisine! the 24hr shuttle to Yaamava was so convenient, we were able to go to a concert, enjoy ourselves and not worry about the drive back in the middle of the night.

There was no remote control for TV. I called front desk 3 times, they promised to come to the room. Not until after 9 pm, did they send anyone. So no TV until after 9 pm. Very hard to pay $250.00 per night and stare at a wall. Freeway was located next door and noisy with cars. No ear plugs provided. Also no menu for restaurant that was suggested to be available inside the hotel for room service. Big waste of money.

Entire experience was sad. I will never go again.

Location is convenient if you are visiting the Yamavaa' Casino. We were in town for a concert there and took advantage of the free twice-an-hour shuttle to get to the casino. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, especially behind the bar. The bar is a solid cocktail bar with a warm atmosphere and nice variety of seasonal custom cocktails. We also took advantage of the outdoor hot tub which was a nice, not-too-hot temp.

Some road noise on our first night but we realized the next morning that the window had been left slightly open before we arrived. Closing that really helped and we had no issues the second night. If you are not on the highway side, I think it would be dead quiet.

The Bistro has amazing food! They upgraded us for free as a honeymoon gift AND sent us a complimentary dessert! Can’t wait to go back we forgot to get in the hot tub this time!

I wish the Bistro didn’t close so early for dinner. Their food is so good I needed more!

I couldn’t get my key to work in entering the side door of the hotel, so I had to walk around.

Breakfast was excellent. We ordered by house phone and brought it back to the room. My son had the "Benedict Bruschetta" and I had the Berries and Cream French Toast. There was a Kuerig coffee pot in the room, so we were set. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning excellent. Appreciated the two bottles of water! Sound-proof windows--no freeway noise. Also, the casino shuttle offers free shuttles up to the casino every 30 minutes. You can park your car at the hotel and not worry about drinking, driving or traffic. The towels were nice and fluffy and thick. We could see the pool from our window and it looked very clean and sparkly. Also there was a large hot tub beside it. Live music (Friday night) in the bar. Plus, there was a small, on-site "Bistro" restaurant that had a nice menu--we didn't eat there this time. Elevators were efficient. Grounds around the hotel were well kept. Next door (upscale) Mexican restaurant (Mi Cocina) is delicious! Great Magarita's and wonderful food! If you're having a small emergency, Walmart is a block away! :)

Shower water pressure could have been stronger but considering the drought conditions, it was fine. It would have been nice to have a small store selling snacks, drinks, magazines, miscellaneous, etc.

It is a very special place. Very nice rooms and a fun bus to the casino. Also, they had entertainment in the lounge. I didn't go but it sounded good. The room and everything associated it was impeccable as always. The staff was friendly and attentive.
