Everything the property had to offer was excellent. I will be back for sure.

The mattress’s on the beds were hard and basic. it’s not a criticism of the Apartment though as it’s privately owned. Others may be different.

Needs a little updating. Otherwise clean and comfortable

Great location

No communication from the manager's and we tried to contact them twice about the broken toaster and clothes dryer which we were unable to use the whole time we stayed there.

Arriving at night made it difficult to find our room. I didn't read the email thoroughly Luckily the young girls that I asked for help, one was the daughter of the manager. without their help I would have been lost When arriving at our room we discovered there was not enough beds, therefore one of the adults had to sleep on vinyl couch with no sheets and scratchy blanket Thankfully the next morning a portable bed was brought to out room. Our room was in an ideal place. I feel that hospitality had let themselves down. Pool towels would be a handy contribution because the clothes dyer was not functioning that well.

The location of the property was great, and the washing machine and dryer was very convenient. The pool and general facilities of the apartment complex were a great addition.

When we turned up, our key did not work. We called the owner, who said they would come out, and would be there in 10 minutes. Ended up waiting over an hour for them to turn up. The place was quite dirty, mould in the shower etc, and no cleaning facilities to clean this up. The bed was very noisy and creaky. The pans and cooking facilities in the oven were disgusting and covered in food/grease/fat and smelt horrible, must of been there since last people but wasn't cleaned.. After 8 days of staying, we were told that the place would get cleaned, we were there 14 days and didn't have cleaner through once. There was also a hole in the wall in the apartment bedroom.

the apartment was nice but the rooms was so so so hot! the fans wasn’t working, there was one aircon in the lounge room but it wasn’t very strong! you’d think there would be more than one aircon ! it was so hot outside we can’t even escape the heat from the outside because our apartment was so hot inside and it was impossible to sleep! and there was no vent in the toilets ! or in the kitchen ! I would book else where if you want a comfortable stay!

No outdoor setting on balcony so couldn’t sit outside, old std definition television, electric kettle leaked, no tea towel for drying dishes.

Beds were horribly uncomfortable, Fans in bedrooms weren’t working so it was so hot Place was dirty that past guest bottle tops were on the floor behind furniture

there was no internet even thou it stated there was. Keys were not at the location as stated on phone call, had to chase these up. Was charged for a extra bed had to use a pull out lounge.

Only 1 Aircon not enough the bedrooms was burned at night we couldn’t sleep the ventilation fans in all bathrooms and toilets not working kitchen ranghood very smelly balcony very dirty we couldn’t used it mattress not comfortable

I was meant to stay elsewhere but my original booking was accidentally canceled by the place, over new years!! luckily this place still had a room available for me to last minute book and they made the check in process quick and easy for me! we loved it

Most of the facilities were good.

The apartment required attention and was quite dirty. Not enough linen or toilet paper provided. Supposed to have a clean due to length of stay but none given.

Not a lot

Apartment was not clean, hole in the bedroom wall, curtains hanging off the rail, some furniture not fit for purpose, kitchen bin filthy, outside balcony filthy and covered in dead plants and leaves. We were told to expect some noise due to building work in the location, what we got was an apartment next to a high rise block being built, noise started at 6.30am and continued until 5pm and sometimes up to 6.30pm. Absolutely not acceptable and we will be complaining to the company.

Diamond Beach is a great resort with perfect facilities at or an easy family holiday. Grounds and pools are always clean and well maintained. The CHA unit is in a fabulous position!

Unit was missing some simple niceties like coffee, missing toilet lid, little courtyard area has litter in it and the front garden was actually full of dog poo. Crockery was a little sparse - eg no wine glasses. There was only 1 very small saucepan and took me 3 batches to cook enough spaghetti for 3 people. We love this resort and was our 3rd stay.as long as the price stays low we will stay again. Thank you for having us!

Spa and heated pool, bbq area. Unit was great, clean and comfy

pool was amazing, playground and BBQ also great and loved the room we had could view the pool easily.

Some features in our room weren't working e.g. DVD player and I brought some movies for my 2 year old. features of how to operate the dishwasher and oven microwave were tricky.
