My wife and I enjoyed everything about this location. Directly across from the beach. Rental came with 2 bodyboards 2 chairs 1cooler and access to surfboards on fcfs basis. Property and rental were very clean. Located near food and groceries. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures were accurate. The location across from the Cove offered wonderful sunsets and views of the neighboring islands. I did have a few issues with the unit in question. The first was the cleanliness of the area rug. It was extremely dirty for such a nice place. I could tell it was shampooed, but it was still damp and had an odor. 2nd, our kitchen window shade was not cut properly, so it did not offer privacy as it ought. 3rd, due to the setup and nature of the villas, it's be nice to have a privacy window tint. I would say smoked tint to still allow light, but aid in the privacy factor. Lastly, the bed was VERY hard. I still liked and enjoyed the venue. I would rent again.

Great place to stay - brand new, tasteful deco. No cheap stuff inside the unit. Shared amenities are also new and clean. Shahaf, the property manager, is super helpful, responsive, and personable.

You are across from a small park but if you walk left around the corner, you end up on a long and pretty beach. You are also about a 10 minute walk from grocery stores and restaurants. The only negative experience was the firmness of the bed. The bed was rock hard and too firm for our taste. Like your hips hurt in the morning kind of hard. Other than that, the place was great. It would also be a great place for families if you can figure out how to rent multiple bungalows to accommodate large get togethers. On a side note, we really liked Maui. We live on Oahu but Maui was all the things we like about Hawaii but at a slower place. And that quietness was a nice change in terms of traffic, people, parking, etc.

We definately plan on returning to this location for another visit and we would recommend this villa to everyone we know.

Beautiful property - modern and clean. Great location across the street from a beautiful beach, and walkable to many stores and restaurants. Amenities were great too, including a gorgeous pool, washer/dryer, and even a yoga class on the property!

We stayed in villa 2 for 7 days and it was excellent. Wonderfully remodeled and the perfect location. We were able to walk to everything. We will definitely be back!

This home has been remodeled beautifully. We were fortunately able to get upgraded as surrounding construction was happening. The property upgrades look like they will be awesome! Gal & Shahaf were great to deal with and very personable. We loved the location close to the cove & surfing, plus a short walk to good food including Kihei Cafe and Paia Fish Market. We would love to stay again if circumstances allow. Thank you!

Property was exactly as advertised with a great location in Kihei. Property manager was on site and readily available for any concern we had, or to just provide us with suggestions for activities, places to eat, or to drop off fresh mangoes from the trees outside. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped unit - loved that boogie boards, snorkel gear, towels, etc., were provided for use. Well run facility and will definitely plan to return in the future. Villa was very cozy for the two of us. Nice kitchen and amenities. Lovely bath and shower. Sofa table was pretty but a bit dangerous with its sharp glass corners and being a bit larger than necessary for the room size. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Ample kitchenware and appliances to cook when we wanted to stay in. Parking spot for Villa 2 was tricky but manageable. Felt very secure all the time and noise from adjacent beach lot was only loud until a bit after dark, then fine. Loved being able to walk to watch sunset, walk to secluded beach and walk to nearby shops/food. Price and location were perfect for us and would come back here again without reservation. Hoping to be doing that soon.

Villa 2 at the Villas by the Cove is a wonderful place. They owners have thought of everything to make our stay effortless. The place is so centrally located to everything. We walked to the beach every evening to watch the sun set and we walked into town for dinner and shopping. We paddle boarded to watch the sun rise over the Haleakala volcano. We would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed here early December 2017, and were very impressed with the villa overall. It was extremely clean, obviously newly renovated. We couldn't be more happy. But, I do warn: no ventilation fan in the bathroom. Buy aerosol... The ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy. And my biggest annoyance, the pillows were too flat. I should have bought my own. Those were my minor issues with the villa. The villa is directly across from a small cove (hence.. the name...). Well, come to find out this cove became a small gathering spot for locals at night. They would BBQ, drink, have a good time. Overall this didn't bother me, but occasionally late at night we were disturbed by loud yelling and arguing. I'm hyper sensitive to safety, and being that our bed was by a sliding glass door right next to the streetwise by the Cove, I would have felt safer with a little more protection. In the mornings, there was a local fisherman in the corner of the Cove fishing, and tweaking out. Probably from drugs. It was bad. He yelled loudly and punched himself. I nearly called the police. He was there most mornings we were there. Aside from those concerns, this villa was perfect. Price was right. It was decently located. Easy walk to breakfast. Great ammendaties. Beautiful island. Couldn't have been happier for the price.

Our family occupied 8 units for about a week. It was wonderful to have privacy and yet space to gather together. The ocean across the street was great, as were all the other handy places to visit. It was perfect for us. Thanks!!!

Summary: I stayed at Maui Cove Park Inn on my last trip from November 23rd to December 3rd (2016). I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to a friend. Location and Property: Maui Cove Park Inn is at a very nice location close to lots of beaches and walking distance to several parks, lots of restaurants, and a couple grocery stores. It is easy to get into and out of with a car as well. You have a dedicated parking spot for your vehicle and the villa is behind a gate. The grounds of the property are very well kept and tidy. They have a washer/dryer onsite and provide detergent and dryer sheets (which was a very nice touch). Wireless Internet access was included and was very good. I was streaming video most evenings and never had an issue. The Unit (#2): The unit I was in was in excellent shape. The manager of the property couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive to my needs. The truth is that he took care of basically everything up front so there was little left for him to do and my one small request was taken care of right away. Unit #2 is a duplex with unit #1. I had no issue with noise from the other unit. You are on the side of the property closest to the park across the street. The park is a favorite amongst the locals and others for parties. The park closes at 8pm and I generally found that this is when people left. I never had an issue with noise from the park causing me problems. You have a private lanai (patio) outside with a small table, 2 chairs, and 2 loungers. There is no view, but a resonable screen from the road because of the foliage. The unit is a good size for 2 people (I was traveling solo). The provide a starter set of basics (toiletries, soap, etc.) that lasted me my full 10 days. Also provided was beach equipment (boogie board, chairs, umbrella, cooler). Check-in, Check-out: The logistics of check-in and out were well taken care of by the manager. I had great communication at all times and on the day of check-in he made absolutely sure I made it in OK and that everything was OK. On the final day, there wasn’t a new person checking in so he pro-actively reached out to let me know my check out time was flexible.

Great location right across street from the beach. Ralph was very friendly and extrrmely prompt in responding to us. The futon malfunctioned and we couldn't put it up. He replaced it immediately! A nice touch was a current copy of Maui Revealed in the room. Would definitely book again.

Amazing stay. We spent 16 nights. Place was very clean and in a great location, right next to the beach and just across from several restaurants. All necessities within walking distance. Ralph was also great with us and was very respectful, polite, accommodating and full of great ideas for things to do. He even picked some fruit from a tree for us a couple times and left it outside our room. Best place we have been.

Ralph was a great host, he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The Villa is so close to great beaches, snorkeling, and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We will differently be returning on our next visit.
