This property is fantastic! Great location and great amenities. Our entire family enjoyed the private pool and spa, the Beach club access and the beach and snorkeling, bicycling, the community pool and fitness center. The home is very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 9 for 9 great days. Every aspect was as represented. Lots of toys, bicycles and beach gear. All were in good shape. Close to beaches, grocery store, coffee shop and golf. We had a few minor glitches that were remedied immediately. Very helpful and responsive staff. We’ll be back.

Stayed here in early November as a group of 8 (4 couples) adults. Beautiful home that is well appointed and comfortable. We had just two blips which I think are worth noting, and wish had been mentioned on the site: 1 - there were only 6 dining chairs. We had a group of 8. We found one broken chair in the garage and another in the primary bedroom. We made do, but when I called upon arrival and let the PM know, there was no solution given. They told me that they'd repair the broken chair in the garage when we left. Not helpful. 2 - this second issue was a larger problem for us, as two of the couples had early flights out. We were expected to launder our own towels!!! At a property of this price point AND having a cleaning fee as part of the overall rental fee, we all agreed was unreasonable. Because of the early flights, the two remaining couples had to do the laundry for the other two. DEFINITELY NOT how we'd planned to spend our last morning at the house. We all agreed that this should have been disclosed prior to the rental. We did comply, because we were afraid that our deposit would be held. Aside from those two things, we had a great experience.

Initial check in and unit appearance was great. The pool area was nice and relaxing. We cooked at the property and found out our microwave didn’t work. They brought a replacement the next day. We tried to stay up on the towels and general house keeping. The washer was not working properly and a maintenance man was sent to fix. He found out the water supply was shut off. Not sure the purpose of that. The dryer also took 2 full cycles to dry the towels. The irrigation system came on the following day with a leaked onto the entry way sidewalk. Once again I notified house keeping and reported the issue. The pool was filled with grass clippings after the lawn was mowed and I cleaned it. Let the pool guy know and he was going to mention to the yard guy. Some of these issues that arose could have been averted by taking the time to be thorough in the inspection prior to renting. Also if a task is performed clean up being tidy goes a long way. Best Regards

Great house for a family of all ages. Excellent amenities. Neighborhood, location and proximity to other facilities were excellent. Minor inconvenience with some missing staples in the house but that did not dampen. The whole family had a wonderful time.

We were very happy with this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

The pictures for this rental speak for themselves. It’s truly a beautiful self sustaining sanctuary to get away to. Nestled in a neighborhood within a resort community, you have access to shops, restaurants and beaches within minutes. We rented a go cart which made getting around super easy and fun! Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the separate villa gives some privacy to anyone who wants it. The home is fully stocked and user friendly. The pool is a huge plus. We stayed here for 11 days and could keep going. Loved it.

This place was everything we had hoped it would be. Clean and spacious for 2 families. If we had questions or needed something during our stay, we were responded to in a timely manner.

The owners post on this site, then make you sign contracts/exchange money outside of this app. Given California lockdown, we were unable to travel to Hawaii. My parents are surgeons and had to stay and give vaccines. Illegally we could not visit Hawaii and they still wouldn’t let us cancel even 2 weeks out. They instead charged us the full stay and on top of it booked the house with other visitors. Terrible experience.

Bikes and beach gear for all was provided, and was great to have. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return.

The kitchen was surprisingly well appointed, and I’m picky because I’m an obsessive home cook. The pool and hot-tub were so good to relax in after a day of burning in the sun and being battered by the waves! Also, it’s 10 minutes from the most beautiful beach on the west side, or maybe the whole island - Hapuna Beach. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!The check-out process was one of the least onerous I’ve experienced.

Great property! Fantastic house and amenities. Would suggest replacing the master towels and repairing the flat front tire on the women's bike. Also having the palm trees pruned and not them not cleaning up the pool deck and pool very well was poorly timed during our stay.

Great value and great location. Close to Fairmont tennis, shops, and a great snorkel and sunning beach. House provides snorkel gear, beach towels, and bikes. Pool is relatively small but the complex has a public pool. The hot tub is not a 'spa' (powerful jets) but overall, the house is a great value with a good kitchen and dining arrangement. Its quiet and peaceful.

Very nice accommodations in a great location. Pool is small but we spent most of our time at the beach so not a big deal. Short drive to several nice beaches on the west side of the island with beautiful sunsets. My only complaint was the mattress in our room was not very good. I travel a lot and most hotels I stay at have better mattresses. For the price we paid, I expected better. Recommend the owners replace/upgrade the mattress for 5 stars.

Our stay could not have been better. The house was absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We are planning on returning very soon!
