You can walk to the beach nearby, size of the apartment was good.

Next door neighbor had a party to celebrate his college graduation and ultra loud music was playing until 2 AM. Police even went there twice and they would lower the volume and then back to full blast again. I would expect some kind of credit from the host to make up for it, although it was not their fault.

This property is excellent 100M from a small beach perfect for swimming, they have canoes and bikes had a fantastic time would recommend this property if you want a chilled relaxing holiday, no noisy music very quiet just what we wanted.

Nothing it was great.

The location was excellent. Away from noise and yet 5-10min drive to beautiful beaches. The house had excellent design and decor. The view was amazing both towards the sea and the mountain.

The plumping installation at the bathroom wasn't so efficient. The water was always hot and salty and the flash at the wc not so efficient.

A beautiful, renovated house with stunning views of the Porto Heli bay. Panos, the host, and his mother are really helpful and welcoming. Ideal location, just a 3 minutes walk from the sea, very near the porto helli center and really close to nice beaches and Kosta from where you can travel to Spetses.   The jacuzzi on the rooftop is certainly a plus. Bikes and canoes are available as well as a beautiful tree house in the garden that our children loved. The house was very clean and fully equipped for a family’s needs. Highly recommended – we will certainly revisit. Thank you Panos for the great hospitality.
