Apartman se nalazi u samom centru Rovinja i ima prekrasan balkon i pogled. Svi sadržaji su u blizini objekta, a sam apartman je jako lijepo uređen i ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak. Također, domaćini su izuzetno pristupačni. Definitivo bih preporučila ovaj apartman!

The room was excellent! We had everything we needed. The space is perfectly curated and every thing is placed in the room thoughtfully. Our host gave us many recommendations, was very hospital and gave us privacy after we were given the room. The location cannot be better!! I think that the room is a place that has the care, taste and love of somebody who really cares (real healthy plants, coffee and everything). (We broke a glass by mistake and the host was so lovely, insisting that it was okay) P.S. The fancy shower was delightful.

There's not anything to complain about! The walk up the stairs was really worth the view over all the rooftops. Complete privacy.

The charm of this apartment in the heart of Old Town.

Internet was very poor but it did not spoil it.

Perfect location. Amazing balcony and views from it. Friendly welcome from the owner. Fridge came with beer and other supplies

The Internet reception was a bit weak. If you are driving its a bit of a process . Yes you can park just outside old city. And yes if lucky arrange an electric buggy to take you and 1 passenger to the hotel (other must walk). But then you have the challenge of 1. Carrying suitcases up 5 flights if very steep stairs 2. Walking back to move your car from the paid carpark to the free one 3. Drive 5 mins out of town to free car park and 4. Walking from the free car park back to the hotel ( 20mins if you walk very fast). So 1 hr all up.

The location of the studio was bang centre in the middle of everything you wanted! It was less than a 5 minute walk to the sea, where you could join a variety of boat tours/rides. In the other direction, you could easily head into the centre of the city, or up to St Euphemia's Church. Be warned, it's quite a few flights of narrow and slightly steep stairs up to the top where the studio is, however the lights come on automatically, and there are railings to hold on to. The view at the top makes it all worth it - you can see the ocean from one of the windows, and there are beautiful flowers (tended to by the host) wherever you look! Our host was very lovely and kind, and made our visit great! The studio was a bit smaller than I was expecting, but nothing to dampen the trip. The TV had a range of stations in English or with subtitles, and although I have a similar Tassimo coffee machine at home, the one in the studio beat mine by far - it was delicious! The coffee pods, sugar and some tabs of milk were provided, too. The kitchen space was quite small, perfect for making quick and easy meals, though do be careful with the gas as it's a gas cylinder which is likely not what you're used to at home. Make sure to turn it off before you leave, and open the windows when you cook! The bathroom was a good size, with lots and lots of towels provided (and even changed halfway through our stay!). The shower was big, quick to warm up and a had a very good pressure. The wardrobe had PLENTY of space for clothes - we did not fill it all, and the bed too was huge. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend booking here. There was also AC, which cooled the room down pretty fast (very needed as it was boiling when we went in late May). Our wonderful host also left us with some recommendations for places to eat.

I would have liked a bit more pillows on the bed as the ones we received were a bit flat. The stairs were the bit I dreaded the most after a long day out, but it did help burn the calories from all the yummy foods eaten!

Super charming room in a very central building, great view over the marina, clean and tidy. also a great welcome by the lady host, what a sympathy!!

Walk distances to centrum

Small room, couldn't bearable stand up. We were at the fifth floor, getting there was a hell of a job. The room was very noisy. Unreachable by car, nearest payed parking at 10min walk, you don't want to do that with your suitcase in Rovinj trust me.

We got a warm welcome, check in was super uncomplicated. The room was really nice, AC worked, the bed was comfy and the view really nice.

I thought that we had a balcony, but they rent 2 rooms I think and we got the one without. But that was my mistake, I didn't look when booking. Nevertheless, the room was great.
