There were some roaches and ants in the property but no spray on hand. Sofa bed in sitting room not comfortable. Toaster needs changed out.

I did like the location very much and the property was very nice.
I did not like the lack of information upon arrival as the wrong code was given to come in. And did not like the Roku system as it did have a problem, even after they changed the batteries. The could also change or improve some of the towels as they don't look crisp. Great property though..

The property was good size, clean and pretty.
Sofa and seat in the living area was not comfortable. Also needs to be steamed with heat because it had mites. We got itchy every time we sat there so we had to sit in the wicker chairs.

I loved everything the only thing was no where to put clothes had to keep opening and closing suitcases.

It was beautiful and clean. It had most of the things we would need for a few days stay.
The washer did not work so we were unable to wash any clothes or towels, which was extremely inconvenient. we did end up leaving some washing pods there for the next guests. We also couldn’t get the bedroom TV to turn on the Roku, so we were unable to use it.

The cottage was absolutely adorable. We love the decor, and the beds were very comfortable.
the beach chairs and umbrellas need to be replaced. would have been nice to have at least 2 bottles of water upon arrival and sugar and
cream available to go with the provided coffee. Not enough laundry pods to help with the laundry upon leaving and all folded and hanging. are towels upon arrival were very wet!

Great location across the street from the beach and stocked with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrella, and a wagon to haul everything!

Nothing we did not like, but rather some suggestions.
Hang curtains in the 2nd bedroom directly across from the mini golf as it is light at night with only blinds.
There were no microwaveable dishes, so we resorted to using left over containers from our grocery runs that were microwaveable to reheat things.
It would be nice to have a small cooler available with the beach gear. We ended up buying reusable bag coolers and left them there for the next guests.

poor home management, dirty and they did not clean before we arrived. we had to wash the sheets because they didn’t. cat hair everywhere including the sheets

Nice lighting! Close to beach! Comfy beds! Great windows and blinds! Nice kitchen! Quality toilet. Great place for pets, nice back yard.
We chose this place because there were no steps in the listing; unfortunately NOT so. There is a very inconvenient step between the bedrooms and the rest of the cottage. Our 89 year old dad fell and broke his arm. In addition, Serenity is very hard to achieve next to a construction site! Also, NOT mentioned in the listing. Gray paint on some of the sheets and pillow cases. A bathroom door that doesn't clear the floor because of a bulge in the middle of its path. And a few other things that make you wonder if they even care if you ever stay there again. The showerhead should've been replaced months, if not years ago!

The property was in a great location, the house was super clean! I will definitely be back to this property!
The property details states there are beach chairs, when we arrived there was only one beach chair. Thank goodness we brought our own. This is the only complaint I had the whole trip!
