the location was great and the staff was extremely nice. We had a balcony and it was very comfy

The double bed were actually two single beds stuck together, which made sleeping really uncomfortable. We had hot water only one of the six days we stayed, which was really unpleasant. And the room was cleaned only the first day by the staff and in general the hygiene could be improved much.

- we though we booked at Jessica's Studios but in fact we stayed at Kavos Marina Beach, pictures in Booking might be misleading - dirty room - old blood stains on every sheet and towels we recived - broken shower - wc was so dirty with old fecals on it - no hot water in first 2-3 days - filfty toilet - ants on balcony - dead bugs everywhere in the room - room got cleaned 2 times in our 2 weeks stay - sheets were changed 3 times in our 2 weeks stay - no light in the balcony - toilet that has struggles flushing - water had not pressure, barely flows at the sink - personal left the gates open and the other people comed and party at the pool making noise at 3-4-5 AM - we did not recive our key from the seif in our 2 weeks stay, they said the keys were lost and stolen - beach was covered in seaweed and filled with annoying sellers who come to you and try to sell handmade jewellery all day I dont know how this place can be registered on Booking!

Great location, great price, pool was nice, i loved my stay.

The whole apartment was very dirty. Kitchen was unusable, the cutlery was dirty, there was no sponge or dish soap. The toilet didn't have any soap and had hairs on the floor. The sheets had pale but visible yellow stains all over them. The wardrobe and the shelves were very dusty.

- close to the beach - pollbar - parking lot if you are lucky, only 2-3 cars can park in the yard.
