A great suite at a great location!

We loved this condo so much! Perfectly located right in front of a great beach and shops. Tons of eating options around and perfect location to explore the entire island. The view was as goos as it gets and we saw humback whales from the balcony. The host was wonderful. Our flight back home was late at night and since the timing worked Connie let us check-in late which made our return so much easier.

We stayed here for 10 days with our two young children and my in-laws and it was wonderful. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and everything else. There is a lot of snorkeling gear and other beach gear in a storage unit that was great for our beach days. The pool was wonderful and usually not terribly busy. The sunsets were incredible and we even saw whales from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we had an excellent vacation.

Our second time at this condo, we've already booked for next year. Connie is super responsive and helpful and always goes above and beyond to compensate for any small glitches that come up. Unit is perfect for our family of 5, could easily fit a few more people.

There was so much we loved about staying here. 1st - one block from the beach, plus it was one of the BEST beaches we went to on Maui. 2nd - the apartment was clean, updated, spacious, and the AC in the living room was AMAZING to have. 3rd - Connie provided beach equipment (this was huge), everything you could need in the kitchen, and other amenities. 4th - there are hoses to spray sand off you in the parking lot which worked much better than the ones at the beach. 5th - wasn’t expecting to spend much time at the pool but the pool was immaculately maintained with beautiful landscaping. 6th - last but not least the view from the balcony is incredible. I would recommend to anyone. Only downside is the two non-master rooms got pretty hot but Connie provided many fans to cool things off. If I returned to Maui I would most definitely stay here again. I’m so glad we stayed at this property! The location was wonderful, and they had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable. Connie was quick to respond for anything we needed!

We had a wonderful visit!! The beach is so close!! The views from the patio balcony are spectacular!! Dolphin Plaza next door had so many delicious food options. Many other delicious food options and activities were less than a 10 minute drive. The property was clean and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds were so comfortable, and there was plenty of privacy to enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend this one!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious and well equipped. Also, the view is great. The beach is just across the street. We ate dinner 3 nights in a row at Cafe O’Lei, which we loved, and it’s walking distance. There are also several other restaurants and cafes within short walking distance. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Unfortunately a health issue prevented us from joining our son and his family, but they absolutely loved their stay. They loved the location and lanai views. Our 5 and 9 yr old grandchildren are now excellent snorklers/swimmers. Since my husband and I couldn’t go, my dil’s mother went, she keeps thanking me for sending her to paradise. So hated missing this trip! Hoping we can go soon!

Amazing trip to Maui with a wonderful condo that had amazing views and all of the amenities you could ask for with a condo. Everything was well stocked and Connie was very informative on everything included as well as the instructions for the condo. The beach right across the street was amazing with wonderful views and daily sea turtle sightings. Wonderful place and would definitely visit again!!!

We had such a great visit! Connie’s place was perfect for our group of 6. We loved the location, the view was amazing, and we used the available beach things. We found Dolphin Plaza and ABC store very handy to have next door. We did have an issue come up and the response was immediate and taken care of. We would definitely stay again!!! Terrific location, great property, friendly and communicative owner - everyone we met in the complex was friendly and helpful - so close to the best beach - awesome stars/sunsets from the balcony- spacious and lots of little unexpected extras- we would come back in a heartbeat!! This 3 bed condo worked out perfectly for the 5 of us. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Had great wi-fi and televisions with cable.

The location was perfect. Close to beach and restaurants. The condo was perfect size for the four adults and two children. Lots of beach equipment provided.

We loved this condo right across from Kamaole 1 beach. Tons of space for our family, clean, with a whole closet full of beach chairs and boogie boards. The lanai is huge and we loved sitting out watching whales and the ocean. Great location with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Connie communicated everything perfectly! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect accommodation for our family! The location is exactly where we wanted to be in Kihei. The condo was perfect, providing us with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here next time we travel to Kihei.

This unit fit our needs, allowing us to enjoy Maui. Had a minor glitch upon arrival but was resolved amicably. Would stay here again.

Right in the heart of Kehei!! You must go to the bakery right beside the condo as well as the ABC store at the Texaco station. We only visited there the second to last day… it has EVERYTHING! This condo has everything! Shampoo/conditioner and laundry items. Beautiful main room. Will come again for sure!! Use the Bar B Q area - meet other owners or vacationers. Learn some local knowledge about the area❤️

Had a lovely time with our adult kids and 17 mo. Grandchild . Many positives about this unit included spacious balcony with ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, proximity to Beach, comfortable beds and bedding. Some noteworthy things though..The dining room had a few too many pieces of unnecessary furniture side tables. Glass coffee table tops were moved for child safety. During our stay the daily highs were 90° With no breeze, so the single air conditioner in the living room had a hard time cooling off the bedrooms to sleep at night. Ceiling fans and additional floor fans were helpful, but still a little toasty for sleeping… if I booked this unit again it would be during a cooler time of year.

Very relaxing and very well organized and equipped!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. We have a 19 month old and they had toys, high chair and Pack N Play for us to use. Wonderful view from the Lanai. We would stay here again!

We had a great time in Kihei! Anytime we weren’t out and about, we were on the lanai, taking in the gorgeous view!

Fabulous location, Fabulous 3 bedroom apartment, well equipped with all necessities. Definitely would stay here again.

The Condo was right across the street from the beach and was safe for the kids to swim and snorkel for the fish and turtles, which they did see turtles more than once. Beautiful sunsets right from the lanai. We didn't have to go anywhere for sunset photos...perfect! The condo was well equipped and stocked with the paper and cleaning items, which was a nice touch. The closet full of beach equipment was great and there was plenty for all 6 of us. If you have more than 1 car, you have to park the second car down around the block which is about a 1/4 mile walk. That was a draw back for us. I contacted the property manager (Bob) about where to park and asked a couple questions of him. He was VERY RUDE and his last comment was, "don't come crying to me if you get towed." I was just asking about parking on the public street. Another drawback for us was the tenants in the condo next door were heavy smokers and it wreaked of smoke every time we walked by and even when we were on the lanai early in the morning. We could not leave door or any windows open because the smoke would come inside. Smoke and allergies/migraine headaches don't mix. Therefore we had to leave the air conditioning on quite a bit. The location, the condo itself, and the sunsets were GREAT!!!!!!
