My family and extended family stayed here for a week and let me tell you it was great! When they say your don’t need to worry about things they are not kidding. From the extra essentials to the games, toys, water gear. They literally had it all!!! Anytime I had a question or concern Al was extremely quick, kind, and accommodating to our family. I recommend this location or any of the other locations that Al manages. Seriously amazing! Thank you Al and his staff for giving my family a great vacation.

This property is the best! We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and by far this was the most enjoyable one. We walked in to find everything needed (except food), just like the property listing stated. The first night the power went out, the property manager was excellent and found us accommodations for the night and by the next day we were back on track for a great time. We will definitely return!

This property is amazing! We stayed here with the family. 6 adults and 5 kids. Incredibly spacious house right on the beach. We had one slight hiccup with internet, but after contacting Al (who responded immediately), all we had to do was reset it and were on our way. This place is fully stocked (games for kids, full equipment in garage, full kitchen - probably more than you're own home). Planning to come back here every year!!!

This is our third stay at a BHIP home! They kept the bar far above everyone else! The home is immaculate from the outside to the inside! No dust anywhere no dog hair anywhere, nothing out of place! No funky smells, as a matter of fact, you would never know that this is a dog friendly home! This home has a gorgeous spacious kitchen and clean outdoor living space! Private place to take your fur babies for potty time too! Every room has everything one might need! Every vacation rental company that says they are "pet friendly" should take a course on how it's done with BHIP. It is possible not only to travel with your pets but to have luxurious accommodations that are spotless in a prime location ! Thank you BHIP!

This place has everything you need! It was such a great location. The beach was beautiful, close to restaurants, and shopping to downtown Jensen Beach. Clean, well stocked. We had a wonderful time. The family is asking when are we coming back!

The website accurately depicts the property. The sofas in the great room could be more comfortable, though. Al was great to work with.

Everything was beyond expectations. Beautiful home with beach access through private mangrove path. Amazing views and amenities. We had a family with ages from 4 months to 95 years old, and everyone had a great time. They thought of everything we could need. Thank you for a great family week!

Superior experience all around

The house was even more amazing than the pictures. Everything was provided. Location was a few steps from the Ocean. Very private. Host was superb in responding to minor issues.

The downstairs was enjoyed by all. The location was close to Beach. The house was stocked very well .

We planned a special time for our family to celebrate our 60th anniversary. And it was special with our whole family, a beautiful beach, great weather and great place to stay.

We just returned from a lovely stay on Jensen Beach. The home was a great place for our family to meet and hang out together. A large beautiful communal space and right off the beach with amenities for all age groups. It was also the best well-stocked house we've ever rented. Would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing week on the beach.

This was hands down the best beach vacation we ever had. I'd give 10 stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The house was immaculate and stocked with absolutely everything you can imagine. You can literally just pack your clothes and everything else is provided for you. You can't ask for anything more. We're already booked at another one of their properties in June and plan to try and squeeze in another between now and then. Thank you BHIP for an amazing family vacation! ❤️

We stayed here with my extended family celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday and were amazed at the attention to detail and amenities in the house! Everything you could possibly need was provided for you and the house was spacious and clean with a fantastic location and view! Highly recommend!

Nestled in mangroves on the beach offers you privacy with instant access to the beach with a lifeguard. We were a group of 6. My husband and I along with 4 adult children. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING. From the kitchen supplies to beach chairs, games etc. This location has everything. During our week stay we never left. On the one cooler rainy day we had we hung out in the outdoor lower level playing ping pong, watching sports on tv and using the spa. Large table in the kitchen was used nightly games and meals together. The amenities are endless.

When they say "fully stocked" believe it, you will need nothing but your bathing suit and a few groceries! Although the house was located next to many high rise condos buildings most were empty in October so we had no issues, nor did we even notice we were next to the public access parking lot. There were plenty of bath and beach towels for our family of 8 and the kitchen was stocked full of spices and any condiment you could ever need. Unlike many properties we have rented in the past, there was enough paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper to last the duration of our stay and although we brought supplies with us we didn't need them. They even had robes and slippers in every bathroom! The only down side was that the pool is really just a big hot tub and not large enough for the kids to play in when not at the beach, but we did enjoy the ping pong table. Hope to return again soon!

11 life- long friends enjoyed 5 fabulous nights at this beautiful house making memories of a lifetime. The house is exquisite and the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. We could have literally brought a small bag of clothes & nothing else as the property furnished everything from spices to deodorant! Incredible and worth every penny spent. Thank you so much!

This is our second BHIP stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The house is spacious and beautiful with everything you could possibly need. We were just as amazed as the first time with how well equipped for anything you might need. They even had a pack and play already set up with a kit of diapers and wipes…. How very thoughtful! We”ll be back!!

The management team wasn’t kidding when they say just pack your clothes and pick up fresh food! The house has everything you need for a week at the beach with the whole family! Including your fur babies! Awesome time had by all!! We will definitely be returning to this property! Thank you so much for everything!

This home was perfection. When we booked the house originally, we booked another home managed by the same owners and during the process they had so many useful tools and information that we realized, after booking, the house was too small for our family. Mr. Roberts assisted us finding another home they manage and we ultimately stayed here. I can only say positive and amazing things. From the second you walked in you felt everything was clean clean clean. The home was stocked with all the toys you can imagine for every single person, no one felt left out. We couldn't even use all the things the house was stocked with. There is even a metal detector to roam the beach with. I was concerned with the parking lot next door, don't be. The house in nestled around landscaping that makes you feel as though you are in a private island. What you see is what you get. It is true good to be true but it is that good. Every single person on our family trip was happy with all the accommodations. We will be back and Al Roberts is the best host you could ever ask for.

My large family stayed here (13 adults and 3 kids under 4) and it was beyond perfect. They had everything we needed to accommodate our your youngest of 11 months and oldest of 94 years! Just do NOT forget to utilize the bug spray that the house provides. The no-see-ums are crazy this time of year (mid August).

This home exceeded any of our expectations! 19 of us (ages 7-64), were able to have our own space, yet were able to be all together in one space at the same time! What house provides that? We honestly could not think of one thing that the management lacked in providing. Actually, went overboard in supplying what was needed! This home has set the bar so high, it will be almost impossible to find one that will be comparable for future family vacations! Thank you, BHIP, for memories that will bless us for a lifetime!

Wonderful home with everything you could imagine that you would want or need. The home was roomy, well and fully decorated with all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed playing on the beach with the ladders and corn hole games. We made good use the the portable canopy for shade on the beach. The living room with the giant windows with a view of the beach was great and the seating was plentiful and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The only drawback was the plunge pool. It was really an extra large hot tub.

Wow we had an amazing week at the Oceana, the house was meticulously clean, amazing ocean views and has absolutely everything you need all you need is to bring your clothes. We had a large family of all ages and everyone had a great time. Looking forward to coming back.
