The apartment is mostly well equipped, has AC, comfortable beds, two toilets and a washing machine, which was so appreciated by us! It is really easy to pick up the keys from the property management office a couple of minutes walk away as they have long office hours.

Be prepared for a couple of flights of steep stairs to reach the apartment. There was a fair bit of refuse on the staircase, several lights in the apartment were burned out and the lovely linen curtains in the kitchen dearly need a wash or dust. There is no coffee maker or cafetiere. Most significant was an unpleasant smell in some areas of the suite - sort of like the mouldy odour front load washing machines get when they are not aired out after use. This smell intensified in the twin bedroom when the AC was on.
