The team working at the hotel was lovely. They made sure we could check in late and made arrangements for breakfast. The SPA facilities are also quite alright and look well maintained. The building looks new and cozy and the underground parking is easy to reach. The parking slots are big enought.

Our room was not cleared prior to our arrival. I asked the team twice to clean and even after my second request the room was still dirty: - there were signs of mold and dead water flies in the toilet and on the toilet itself - the floor was full with dust and hair from previous occupants from months ago - there were stains and hair on the bedsheets from previous guests as well The electricity was partially turned off - we had to turn on the fuses ourselves, as the staff at the receptions dask did not know what to do. I understand that we stayed at the hotel right when the season had started, but it is unacceptable to give a room without even airing it and checking to cleanliness and if the water and electricity are running.

The modernity of the apartment fully equipped with every thing you may need during your stay. The Gym and the pool, the material of the furniture, the kitchen

it would be nice to have a bar or similar place where to have a coffee or just a drink.. there’s no place where to aggregate people, and even if it’s a residence, considering the SPA, would be nice to have a place where to chill out with other people and make the place sociable

Fantastic hotel that feels like home. Our apartment was perfectly equipped, spacious and cozy, and we had a great time resting at the spa located at the hotel. Amazing place! We will definitely be back again.

We had some issues with the wifi. Having Netflix would be a nice bonus to the experience.

I think this is possibly one of the nicest places I have had the fortune of staying. Amazing facilities, very comfortable, good location. Stayed for a long weekend with my son as part of a ski trip. I would highly recommend
