SAFETY - no pool railings, MB floor slippery, cooktop dangerous CLEANINESS- pool area musty, broken concrete, grounds messy broken blinds - so much more - 2 senior adults for 5 weeks, family w/ 3 respectful teens for 5 days- house has been abused and not cared for- we left 5 days early than paid for

This is a great house for an extended family. The children enjoyed the pool every day we were there. The older members were able to prepare meals. There were plenty of places to sit and eat. The adults had their own room while the children slept in the bedroom where the twin beds were found.

From our professional, friendly check-in process to walking into the property, our experience was excellent. The property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The patio and pool area were a family favorite for hanging out and spending time together. The kitchen area was ideal for cooking and became our general meeting area due to its open area. We look forward to coming back soon!

The house is very clean and can easily accommodate several families opting to vaca together! The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed I didn’t want to get out of! The 2nd largest room had a king bed and full bath! There are 2 more bedrooms which share a full bathroom; one with a queen bed, the other with two twin bed and a twin loft bed! The pool is amazing and there are pool floats/noodles for you to use! The ability to park in the garage was great! Diana is very nice and accommodating! I highly recommend this rental for your vacation or business trip!

Great location, close to beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice, used everyday. Perfect house for our big family vacation. Hostess was wonderful and responded promptly with all issues. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great experience for our family vacation to Tampa/Clearwater Beach. Property was more than adequate for out family of 9. We created some great memories!

Chic, inviting, fully-stocked, well maintained. Great location. Wonderful, established neighborhood. Pictures on VRBO are accurate. Host was very attentive. Easy access to beaches as well as everything Tampa & Clearwater has to offer.

It was my first time that I booked through Vrbo and it was a really pleasant experience, just checked out two days ago and we’re already planning/ looking for a place to stay on our next vacation. Will definitely use Vrbo again!

We really enjoyed this property! ... the layout of the house is great and there was plenty of room for our entire family ... alot of ammenities, including beach toys, beach towels, large sun umbrellas, coolers, folding chairs, and more. We were also pleasantly suprised to find a pack n play, toddler toilet, and a booster seat, which saved us from needing to run to walmart. There were even cooking spices, extra propane for the grill, and we were happy to find foil in the drawer too! Our family spent alot of time hanging out under the covered/enclosed patio... kept the bugs out! The property is near lots of stores and restaurants... easy to get around. Owner was very responsive to all of our needs... Would definitely stay here again! Suggestions: replace washer (signs of rust), provide a few laundry pods (owner did provide liquid hand soap, toilet paper, towel roll, dish soap and dishwasher pods)

House was clean and communication was great! This home sits in a quiet neighborhood, so it is not walkable to any restaurants, etc. Very spacious home with a great pool area; pool was heated (as requested) when we arrived. Plenty of supplies for cooking and grilling. The home has had some updates, but needs to be completed, especially in the bathrooms. Needs some minor maintenance TLC (closet doors off the track, etc.). The bathroom roof leaked when it rained (in the smaller king room). Overall the kids enjoyed the pool, sand toys and beach towels provided for a visit to the beach. Property manager was prompt in answering all of my questions during the entire process.

We loved it. Location good. Pool great. Space was perfect. However there was an issue with a picture falling off the wall in back bedroom and the sliding door to bathroom got stuck.

Everything went smoothly. My questions were addressed promptly.

If you are looking for a nice place to come home to after a long day at the beach or exploring the nearby towns, this is your place. Close proximity (20-30 minutes from major beaches). Diana was easy to work with and maintained great communication. The pool area could of used some more lighting (maybe some strand lights) but didn't seem to bother the kids one bit 🙂 House was clean and rooms were spread out so each member had their own area to retreat to.

Clean home, nice pool, responsive owner, close to Airport, Clearwater, beaches and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Dunedin and Palm Harbor downtown’s are nearby and have good restaurants. We recommend Honeymoon Islabd for nearby beach, has facilities to change and bathrooms. Good place for shelling and sunsets ♥️ We really enjoyed floating in the pool. The heated pool was so relaxing. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with nice closet space. Would stay again! Thanks Diana!

Lovely home, awesome location

We really liked the neighborhood. The house needs a good cleaning, especially around the pool area and area around the grill area. Concrete really in need of pressure washing. The screened in structure is covered in green slime. We took pictures. The house itself just needs some maintenance. Window in back bedroom fell out and was taped in. Stuff like that. There is a hole in the pool and water has to be added. We liked the big areas to spend time. A little TLC would go a long way, especially for a house built in the 1980's. Neat design. Needs some upgrades. Just stating things we found. Hope our findings don't fall on deaf ears.

The house was amazing. Clean and quiet. We loved the pool and the spaciousness of this home. We will definitely be back. Great local restaurants and shops.

Property was clean. Pool was awesome. Close to everything you need within 5 to 10 minutes. 25 minutes from clearwater Beach. If traveling to clearwater area again will look up again. John

Fabulous property in a great neighborhood, it was quiet, clean, spacious, and close enough to everything we needed. We had a great time! Would highly recommend and would come stay again for sure!

We had a great time the house is huge & everyone had plenty of room ! The pictures 📷 don't do justice to the house it's really alot nicer & the neighborhood is awesome. All I would say is the dishes, dishwasher & kitchen need an upgrade! We paid $200 to heat the pool/Spa but its not worth it cause the pool is hotter than the spa I wouldn't pay for it cause you're going to be disappointed in the temperature of the Spa. Overall a great vacation home .

You will not regret booking this property! I was worried little bit, because of the 3 star review prior to my stay. But everything was perfect! Unlike some other homes, the pictures actually represent the home. This home is clean and well maintained. We paid for the spa and pool to be heated, and would not hesitate to do it again ( just keep in mind, it is set on the same temp). Lot's of good restaurants, Dunedin downtown is amazing and Honeymoon Island Beach is only 10 min away. Property manager was polite and available when and if needed to answer questions. We definitely will be back!

Home in a safe neighborhood, use of garage swimming pool with screen covered patio area with grill and outdoor seating. Four bedroom three bath with plenty a room. Home was dated some but suited us for our stay. Communication was great. Very clean. No baking sheets were found in kitchen.. Icemaker in fridge worked well. No front door lighting and I did not like that at all !!

The house is beautiful and location is excellent. Diana was very responsive throughout the stay.A few things were not to our liking . Our family was looking forward to a swim after a long day of travel . We arrived to a dirty pool. Diana was able to send a cleaner on the next day. The pool area was cluttered with deflated pool toys that have been left behind by other families and it just looked very disorganized. This is a beautiful home don’t get me wrong . Spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. But it could use a lot of TLC. The outdoor furniture is so outdated and cushions could be replaced. The grill area : the ceiling , windows , floors were full of grease and darkened from the smoke. The kitchen had all the utensils one needed but very outdated with some even rusty. It was hard to use the dishes as they appeared to be 20 plus years old. We had a Terrible experience with the dishwasher. First night we loaded it and it did not run. Informed Diana. She said it had been working prior to us using it. She sent 3 people in the course of our stay to look at it and the third person said there was no way that Dishwasher was working for a longtime . A replacement was needed but not during our stay. So, we spent our entire stay doing dishes by hand which really was not fun. Diana was very understanding and she refunded us the pool heating fee for the inconvenience. Also, the bedsheets were not clean in all the bedrooms when we arrived so we had to do laundry.The outside of the house could use some cleaning considering that all the neighborhood homes are very immaculate and appeared well maintained . This is the only house that appeared unpresentable. Despite all this, we had a great vacation. We did not let these issues take over our much needed vacation. Diana is a great host. We will definitely come back. Hopefully there will be some updates in the kitchen and overall maintenance of the house.
