We had a lovely week in the villa, there were 13 of us and more than enough space for all. The fantastic house is matched by its host - Aris. We opted not to hire a car (potentially a mistake) but Aris arranged taxis for us and even took us shopping! The consummate host. He also recommended and booked local tavernas for us which were fantastic in both the cuisine and the ambience / location. Aris also helped us with the bbq and pizza oven - nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out also to the wonderful housekeeper Tila who went above and beyond in keeping the villa exceptionally clean and tidy - no mean feat given its size. We spent plenty of time round the pool which we loved and was suitable for all swimming abilities - there were plenty of sunbeds, towels and umbrellas and also plenty of space for games on the large lawn. We also utilised the kayak, paddle boards and the pedalo which were particularly popular with the 6 teenagers with us. We were a three generations group and the villa was suitable for all. I’d highly recommend a stay here - a perfect location to unwind and relax but also a great base for exploring the wider area.

Great property, the seafront location, pool and overall accommodations exceeded our expectations. Aris was very helpful and answered all our requests immediately. Great place for all age groups.

My heritage is Greek. My father was born there but most of my family had never been to Greece. It's a trip I dream of. For my 75th birthday we decided to do it and take all to Greece..We searched hard for a villa to accommodate our immediate family of 4 children in their 40's and 10 grandchildren between the ages of 7 and 17-8 boys and 2 girls. Fortunately we found Aris and his Villa. We rented for 3 weeks and family came and stayed for between 7 and 9 days and left on their schedules. There were several overlaps-at most we had 15 in the 3 houses and there was more than ample space for all to spread out and enjoy. We also invited a family of friends to join us because we had so many beds.The property is well suited to just hang-out and enjoy and also well situated for several great day trips including Hydra and Spetses. Above all Aris is a very attentive 5 star host who has great suggestions on where to eat and what to do ( we went out on a super Catamaran twice and had a chef prepare dinner in the house twice). And he is willing to help in making reservations if you wish. Overall mission more than accomplished-the whole family will never forget their Greek Summer Vacation of 2023. And my dream came true.

If you are looking for a wonderful, unique spot for a gathering of family or friends, you can’t go wrong with Aris’s spot near Thermisia. The beach and its accompanying water bike and kayak lead to endless fun for those who enjoy the shoreside and exploring the neighborhood on the water. For those more inclined to stay shoreside, the pool is a delight with room for many to gather. The assortment of bedrooms offer a wide selection of views and are all warm, welcoming and comfortable. The distribution of bedrooms amongst the various buildings enables you to keep the night owls amongst you grouped together as well as enable those looking for a quieter time to gather. The kitchens are well equipped and access to the property’s herb garden make cooking a fun group activity. We even fired up the pizza oven and created a multitude of Greek inspired pizzas and flat breads. Aris and his staff were always available and were super helpful in answering our questions and in arranging for activities such as a day boating to beaches on neighboring islands. The property is also minutes from the public ferry to Hydra making a day trip as easy option. Waterfront tabernas are within walking distance and the grocery stores and restaurants of Ermioni are 20 minutes away. You will enjoy your stay and if you are like our group, you will be planning your return visit. A five star experience!

This lovely villa complex is perfect for a large family or group. Our group consisted of grandparents, and their three children, spouses and six grandkids ages from 7-11 and accommodated us perfectly. It was immaculately maintained and has a gorgeous view of the ocean and other Greek islands. This complex had plenty of activities for kids while at the same time providing extensive quiet spaces for relaxing. The owners could not have been more helpful from the time we first booked the property to our last good byes. Our host worked tirelessly to help us plan the entire trip from transportation from the airport in Athens to family dinners with menus of our own choosing, tourist trips by boat and van and just being available the whole time to make our stay more enjoyable. This property far exceeded our expectations and we strongly recommend it. DC
