Great access to the beach and you could walk easily to a few restaurants and beach bars. I would recommend to anyone with smaller children

Such an easy vacation spot close to everything. We enjoyed being on the beach and loved the ease of parking, pool, pier, and restaurants. Big enough with 2 small kids.

The view is absolutely beautiful! Had a few issues in the beginning but Tyler and Robert were awesome and quick to respond. Within walking distance to grocery store and restaurants on IOP.

Super convenient to downtown Isle of Palms, restaurants, shopping, and the grocery store. I loved the ability to walk to all of these places. The building itself is three stories high, and be warned there is no elevator so hauling luggage up to the third floor can be a workout. The unit was small, but comfortable, definitely not big enough for any more than two medium sized additional children. I appreciated all of the hooks for towels and wet swim clothes, both in the bathroom and on the balcony. The bathroom was updated and the pullout couch itself was new, however, this place could use some overall updating as some of the furnishings and decor didn’t match the updated bathroom. Beautiful views of the beach and pool areas from the comfortable balcony. Overall, a great and comfortable stay in a great location.

This condo was a great location for a few days on the beach. We were originally going to have 4 of us and it changed to two and I’m glad it did. The bunk beds are basically in the front hall. There is privacy as you can shut the bedroom door but they are sort of just there. Otherwise it was a great spot with a lovely view of the beach.

We loved our stay. Everything worked well, we stayed comfortablly for several days.

We went as a winter getaway Christmas present from me to my husband. The location was great and walkable. We rented bikes with toddler seats which was really fun. Cold in the winter as expected, but I imagine it would be really fun in the summer. The unit was great. The owner provided a lot of good recommendations.

This condo was perfect for beach views, beach access, and proximity to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for two people.

We did a short trip over thanksgiving and had so much fun! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The grocery store was just a couple minutes away. The view from the balcony was beautiful too. The beach was great for finding shells. Overall great trip! We’ll be back

The Sea Cabins provided a great short getaway for me and my husband for a few days. The location is great, the apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host thinks of everything. Check in/out and parking were easy. The sunrise over the beach was hard to beat! We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great long weekend here

This place suited us just fine as it was only myself and my husband. I think it would have felt small with any children there. I loved the balcony with the ocean view. We spent our coffee hour there watching the surfers out in the morning.. Easy walk to the beach and the pier. It was also nice having some dining options just a short walk away.

First time at IOP and Sea Cabins. Nice little condo, would stay there again. We really enjoyed the beach when the weather was good. Walking distance to several nice restaurants. Would have been nice to have an ice maker in freezer and small washer and dryers. No one on island had quarters for machines on site, no changer by machines, so bring a couple rolls of quarters. Other than that, great time.

Great stay at sea cabins. The condo has everything we needed along with a beautiful view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and pool during the day and very walkable to restaurants in the evening. No issues with check in, great communication from host.

We went to a concert at the Windjammer and the location for the property was great. We loved the view of the pier. All around great experience we will return!!

Water temperature In shower would not stay consistent. Had to constantly adjust during shower. Wife tore bathing suit on protruding bracket on inside of bathroom door jamb. All else was very good. Very clean and enjoyed the stay

Perfect location for beach bums like us! Best of both worlds with the beach and pool on one side of the property and restaurants on the other side. We didn’t rent a car since everything is within walking distance. Jaunt is a cool shuttle service that took us to a restaurant when it wasn’t convenient to walk. We had a great vacation.

Spent a great week here with my husband and children! As the listing suggests, the condo is small but there was enough space for two adults and two young children. The balcony was a major plus as we were able to escape during quiet times to enjoy the ocean view while keeping an eye on the kids. Grocery store and restaurants were within walking distance and you could be at the beach and pool within two minutes of walking out the door. We loved IOPizza, the aquarium, Patriots Point and the carriage ride we took downtown. Also very grateful we rented the beach chairs and umbrellas at the advice of the owner/manager. Having them set up the space for you every morning combined with the proximity to the condo from the beach made coming and going throughout the day so easy. Seriously couldn’t beat the location! We’ll definitely return before our kids outgrow the bunks!
