Would rent again

My husband and I found this house to be very comfortable and with green space behind the house it was very dog friendly.

Just got back from Chris’s place. Was pleasantly surprised to find that the whole house had air conditioning (not listed)! You can’t beat the price for a 2.5 bathroom, 3 bedroom house. Location was quiet and very close to the west side legacy trail (which was fun to ride on). Would recommend and will be staying again! Thanks for having us.

The home looked more or less as it did in the photos. Positives - roomy, 2.5 baths, nice ensuite soaker tub, could park in the garage. Negatives - the smell of wet cat food permeates the house, even with windows open. The bbq grill was rusted through and the metal was flaking. Out back, there was a grasshopper infestation - at one point there were so many they covered entire cinder bricks. Out front there were wasps. There were also barn swallows nested in the main floor bathroom vent. They would swoop at you if you were out front near the front door. Some better (i.e. not cheap dirty white plastic) furniture on the deck would be nice.

Clean. Well kept. Quiet. Convenient. Spacious.

The house size was great for 7 people. We enjoyed our stay. I it was nice not to have a lot of cleanup chores to do on departure. I would book again this location.

This is a great rental house in Invermere. Highly recommend.

If your destination is the Radium/Invermere area, this is an excellent choice. Very comfortable home and is well equipped. Excellent value! It is tucked away in a residential area but if you want a quiet stay, this is a great property. We appreciated that it was pet friendly but there is no fenced yard so be prepared to walk your dog in the nearby park area. Highly recommend and hope to go back soon.

Second time staying here, and we will be back again. It's big enough to stretch out, and a great place to put your head down.

We didn't make it to Inveremere in 2020, but it was great to return this summer and enjoy that beautiful Columbia Valley.

We booked this property for 4 nights and were very happy with our stay. Chris is friendly and replies quickly to inquiries, and the property is exactly as described. It's very well priced, clean and quiet. The living room couches are older, and the master bed is firmer than we prefer, but these are small things and the good qualities of the property far outweigh them. The kitchen is well stocked, everything in the house is well maintained, there is an attached garage, the back deck is massive, and great biking/walking trails are right outside the door. Thanks, Chris; we will stay here again!

This house has lots of space, is very clean and well equipped with everything you may need. Comfy beds, very private, In a quiet location backing onto trees.

Great set-up to have a private place for wife and I. A great space. Nice to have a place where can let wife sleep in a bit upstairs while I make breakfast downstairs. Great communication as well, and quick responses to any questions.

We were very pleased with our stay. It's a large house with a lot of space, and very tidy. There were a few essentials like salt and pepper, and close enough to grocery stores for everything you need. Sure, the beds were a bit squeeky and the couch isn't the comfiest, but these are minor issues. We had a problem with the coffee machine, owners were quick to replace it. They were easy to talk to. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely house and great host, it worked put perfect for us as we had a wedding to go to and it ended up being on the right side of town!

This was the second time we stayed at this property and we were again totally pleased with our stay. The house is modern, spacious, clean, well stocked, and in a great quiet location . Chris the owner was a pleasure to communicate with. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Great house to stay in. Close to amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay again. My only complaint was the beds in all rooms were kind of squeaky and uncomfortable. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

We rented this house for 8 people while skiing in panorama. It was super comfortable for a big group and a great location!

Spacious, clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Nice views of the mountains.

Great space with ease of use. Our only con being the beds just needing a bit of maintenance or upgrading. Overall great value, very clean, quiet area.
