This apartment is clean and updated and plenty spacious for my family of 5 + 1 friend. The location is on a quiet and very safe residential street with easy parking. It was an easy walk to the more touristic spots, and a central location to explore the area by car.

The owners were fantastic! Our flights were delayed so we couldn’t Check in until 2200 on Christmas Eve but they were extremely kind and helped us out! On arrival, Santi gave us a complete rundown of the city as well as some highly appreciated dinner recommendations. If you’re looking for the best VRBO in Siracusa for the price, look no further.

Santi and Simona were the best hosts. They accommodated our many questions with useful information, and juggled their day to meet our variable need for check in. This property was immaculate. Centrally located to everything and super quiet. The manager was very helpful and informative and so friendly. Everything you need for a complete stay.

The reservation and the mail contacts with Simona were quick and correct. We agreed that I would send an app as soon as we drove away with the rental car at the airport of Catania. When we arrived at the holiday home, Santi was already waiting for us. Santi showed us the house: a neat house, nicely clean, well and tastefully decorated and within walking distance of Siracusa-Ortigia. Santi also talked about enthusiasm about the sights in and around Siracusa-Ortigia, where you can eat or drink. Santi and Simona are very friendly and are always ready for guests. Just send an app, and you will receive an answer immediately. There is much to see and do in the Siracusa area. We have visited the following places: - Etna; - Siracusa-Ortiglia; - Noto; - Ragusa; - Modica; - Caltigirone; - Vottoria; - Avola (Cavagrande del Cassibile); - Taormina; - Catania.

The property is in a great location for visiting both Ortigia and the sights of Syracuse. Only about a 15 min walk to the Greek theatre and archaeological museum or 10 mins to get onto the beautiful island of Ortigia. The apartment is spacious and clean with plenty of room for 6 adults. Simona was a great host and was always available to answer any questions we might have. The wine that she gave us when we arrived was also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend the property as a good base for a family visit to Syracuse.

Excellent location for walking to Ortigia. Well equipped 3 bedrooms. Fun market nearby on Sunday morning. Two en suite bathrooms. However the occupants of the third bedroom have to enter one of the other bedrooms to access the toilet and shower.

This place was perfect. Location was an oasis in a busy city. Lots of street parking and only a 15 minute walk to the tourist hub of Ortigia. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen we'll set up and they even left us a bottle of wine. Santi met us and gave us a sheet with tons of recommendations, most of which we tried. All in all just perfect, especially if you are driving and just want to park the car. The also gave us the name of a taxi service and our driver, who spoke fluent English, was fabulous. Thanks for a great stay!

Simona and Santi have a wonderful apartment right next to the Santa Lucia Piazza / Park. The apartment is well appointed with everything and more that we expected. Simona was very helpful along with her lovely mum at our arrival. We were able to walk everywhere and of course spent much time in beautiful Ortigia. The apartment was obviously updated with wood beams and lots of skylights upstairs that were opened letting in so much fresh air.. Would highly recommend this apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our son was able to stay with us. He lives in Syracusa. Our hot water went out one morning due to the very severe weather the night before and the owner responded immediately to getting back on. The place is very clean and cozy. It is within walking distance to ortigia and to most anything you want to do in syracusa. We plan on returning in May and hope the property is available. Easily sleeps 6. All utilities are new. Thank you to the owners for responding so quickly to any questions that we had. You made us feel at home.

We were very happy in this well equipped house just off the Piazza Santa Lucia. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms excellent, the kitchen well fitted for as much as we wanted to cook. The heating was effective, hot water plentiful, the wi-fi connection fast and reliable. There is a large step in the upstairs bathroom - we could have done with a little plug-in nightlight to remind us of it in the night. Of the recommended restaurants we tried, La Putia was the best. The bakery around the corner was excellent for breakfast pastries, the supermarket on Corso Gelone for most other things, and the little street market stalls good for veggies and oranges. There was a huge market in the square on the morning of the 17th, if this is a regular thing it would be good to mention it in the information. We would like to recommend the Cafe Riviera on Via Arsenale. The staff were extremely friendly to us, they have wonderful savoury pastries, the coffee is good, and they make a splendid negroni! We found it easy to walk all over Ortigia from the house, the hop on hop off bus is good value for an initial orientation day, the archeological park is a wonder and we visited as many museums as we could fit in. The tourist maps are often confusing and we often got lost but it was a pleasure wandering down new alleys.

We loved this property. Everything is brand-new, beautifully designed and decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped for every need. The linens and towels were so fresh, the A/C worked like a dream, the Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, lots of hot water, new appliances, comfortable furniture, and parking was a breeze (right in front of the flat). There is a lovely open piazza a few meters away where we played soccer with our son, and lots of close shops for food, coffee, etc. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center of the old part of Ortigia, but we took a taxi home one night and it was very inexpensive and quick. Santi and Simona were communicative, prompt, and incredibly helpful and generous (they brought us a bottle of wine, which was much appreciated!) giving great recommendations for what to see, places to eat, etc. They even made a special note to wish our son a happy birthday during our visit! We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you, Eleven, for a wonderful stay in Siracusa!

A very comfortable and well situated house with free and available parking. Ten minutes walk from the city.

Grâce à l’accueil exceptionnel du propriétaire, nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse : il nous a attendu très tardivement (notre avion avait du retard) avec une gelati artisanale et nous a indiqué : les marchés locaux, les visites à effectuer, les spécialités culinaires et tous les bons plans. La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien placée. On peut tout faire à pied ! Un vrai plaisir ! On recommande chaleureusement .

Hébergement tout à fait conforme au descriptif. La maison est spacieuse et très claire, avec tout le nécessaire (y compris A/C), à 10mn à pied du pont d’Ortygie, parking dans la rue… Nous étions deux adultes et 2 enfants et y avons passé 3 jours très plaisants. Giuliana et Simona se sont montrées très accueillantes et disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et demandes diverses pour la réservation et le séjour. This property has been completely refurbished, very tastefully, and provided our family of six with a comfortable stay. The owner and her father were both very helpful and provided us with lots of useful local tips on where to go and where to eat. The house was very clean and provided us with all the equipment we needed (Simona even went out to buy some extra items we needed). The starter provisions including a bottle of wine and coffee, etc were a lovely touch. There is a nice bakery on the square to buy fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. A 15 minutes walk took us to Ortigia each day where we enjoyed the sights, bars, restaurants and bathing spots. There are beautiful beaches a short drive away,
