Location is one of best in Basina, hosts are very friendly and professional.

Balkony is a bit small for more than two people.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped (nothing is missing i.e. air-condition, coffee machine, dishwasher, plates, forks, spoons, etc are on place). The host was very hospitable, supportive and talkative ;-). We were event offered once with watermelon and the pancakes.

Despite of previous description on booking.com nobody spoke English but only Croatian and German - unfortunately the only possible language we could communicate with the host was the mix of Polish-Croation languages. The regulation for the apartment needs to be available in the apartment - we were not aware that the beach loungers could not be brought to the beach (the host agreed on that once exceptionally). For these who want to stay longer the host could think about granting the access to the washing machine. The apartment is well located in a piece-full and beautiful area with the view on the Brac island and Makarska seaside. Unfortunately it is far from the public transport (buses) and shops. So be prepared for that location - I do recommend to use a car or scooter in order to visit the Makaj app.

Disappointed. Location is too far. Hvar port is 25km away and Stari Grad 10km. There is no taxi or public transport to here. So location is bad if you don’t have a car. Closest supermarket is 3km away. There is one restaurant 15min away (only burgers). In photos they have kitchen, but in reality there is no kitchen. Our room had fridge, which wasn’t cold. We tried to changed the temperature but it didn’t work (also smelled bad). All our milk products went bad. Cause there wasn’t kitchen, any restaurants, or supermarket and the fridge didn’t keep our food cold. We ate noodles and soups you could make with hot water (tea maker). So all in all this didn’t feel like vacation, this experience was nothing but fun!

We were a group of 7 friends and we booked two units (app for 4 persons and app for 3 persons). They had separated private entrances, but for us it was great in the end because it turned out we could share a terrace together when we open the wooden partition between two units. The view was amazing from the terrace! The apartment itself was clean and cozy. It had everything we need for our 4 night stay. If you are by car there is the spatious free parking behind the house. Also the roads to the house from the nearby places like Vrbosko or Stari Grad are in good condition. Our host Mr. Ivica was really friendly and welcoming! We would recommend this place to all!
