Once inside, the apartment is great. The area looks a little dodgy from the street, but actually it is not. Literally 100m from all the important sites, I would recommend this place to any pilgrim. The coffee machine was not there on my arrival, but no problem, it was delivered....with coffee pods at 9pm tht evening. Great personal touch

Location of the appartment is just ideal, only a couple steps from the very center of Benevento. The appartment is quite large and very comfortable.

Really lovely apartment located right in the center. Lots of bars and cafes nearby which are easily accessible. It is also located only a few minutes away from the beautiful Santa Sofia Church. It was clean and comfy and the host was very kind.

The structure is perfectly positioned near some very interesting attractions of the city. It was close to the place where I had to attend a conference, this being the main reason for choosing this accommodation. The area was safe, and the street was not that circulated. The room and attached bathroom were of good size, very clean, seemingly new, and tastefully decorated. Nice large bed, comfortable. A small kitchenette area, with a small fridge, a sink, am electrical stove, dishes available for use. TV, air conditioning, and hair dryer available. The windows are covered by external Venetian blinds, but, in my opinion, this was good, because it was a very hot and sunny week, so they kept the room cooler. There was plenty of artificial lighting available. Electrical outlet by the bed, and well-positioned light switches. Good communication with the personnel, but a bit confusing, since I came in contact with four different people. I don't particularly like constant direct contact to people, so I enjoyed online contact (WhatsApp, Booking.com internal messaging) rather than physical.

No nightstand by the bed - it would be nice to put the phone on something, close to the bed. The storage closet was occupied with cleaning products and blankets - not much room to put stuff in. Very small trash bins, and no instructions on what to do with the trash. I took mine to street bins.

Staff is so kindly and helpful. Apartment is not so big but enough for two people.

Lack of cosmetics such as soap and shampoo.

Location the best possible very close to Santa Sofia church, one of the most important attractions in town

Something more for breakfast, even if coffee with moka is very good
