The room stank after cigarettes and the bed covers actually had burnmarks. The towel was wet and the service was also not very friendly. The whole hotel was very dirty.

Good hotel for the traveller requiging a good night of sleep, but don't expect great comfort or class.

The heating in the room didn't work, it was freezing and the owner didn't seem to care much. Luckily I found two blankets in the cupboard and put them both on the bed, but was still cold! There was also only one very dull bulb working in the room .. and no table or desk. The food wasn't that good either. In the morning when I went down and asked for a coffee to take with me, I was horrified to see that neither the owner, the chef nor a friend standing chatting with him (while he ignored me) were wearing a mask.. although there was a sign on the door stating that they were mandatory. When I pointed this out to him he asked to see my Vaccination Certificate (which the sign also said was mandatory) as I duly showed him the certificate, I pointed out to him that it would have been more appropriate to have asked me for it, the evening before, when I checked in, instead of the following morning as I was leaving! Suffice to say that I will never be staying there again..

Okish location , distant view of pyrannees. Comfy bed & a good evening meal. Nice polite lady serving in the evening.

Check in man was odd & kept grinning at me for no reason, looked like he couldn’t be bothered. When my partner joined me he spoke to the man twice & he just ignored him. Very strange atmosphere, other men sat & stared at me , I felt uncomfortable. Bedroom was basic which I don’t mind but this was below basic , broken tiles, awful sewer smell . Breakfast man was unhelpful & again looked like he couldn’t b bothered. We paid 9euros thru booking.com & got 2 coffees, 1 orange juice which tasted off, 2 tiny bits sponge & a piece of bread pulled in 2 about 4 inches long. He asked what we wanted so we said eggs, ham, cheese, pastries, croissants, a continental breakfast & he said no, no nothing. Then what do u want so we said what have u got & he shrugged so that’s what we ended up with. My partner s diabetic & really needed a good breakfast after not eating for 12/13 hours.

Good welcome on arrival room was very tired plug socket hanging off the wall Bathroom very small and the shower was very awkward to use The continental breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee and a single Croissant

terrible and dirty hotel

The breakfast was very poor, a croissant without any jam or butter but some was provided after asking for it. Nothing else was offered and we went away hungry. Also the hotel staff allowed smoking on the terrace.

Our room was directly over the kitchen and the chef kept coming outside for a smoke and the smell drifted up to our room. Also it was impossible to sleep until all the doors had stopped banging at 2am.
