It was a beautiful home, the only issue we had was that the sofa did not recline. Only two cars on the property was a pain and the amount of time it took to get anywhere was painful.

We had prompt communication and help from Millie whenever we needed. We appreciated the property was clean, well stocked snd well organized. Pool was heated dedpiite the winter storm which lowered the temps to 40s. That was highly appreciated by our group of 5 families .

This was indeed the best rental we have had in a very long time. EVERYTHING EXCEPT PARKING WAS GREAT! We had the pool heated, and it was HEATED! Because at some rentals I feel they just take your money, the pool never gets warm, so thanks for that. The house is well put together and very clean. The pictures give you an idea, but when you entry this home, it's breath taking.. I will rent here again!

Overall nice stay. Very cute themes. Nice game room. Plenty of bathrooms. I was given some info ahead of time such as contact person / Wi-Fi / etc. However this info was not accurate. Wi-Fi password and contact person changed. I tried contacting our “contact person” to ask for Wi-Fi password. I did not get a response until next morning. We did discover that there was a welcome card at the home that has the updated contact person and correct Wi-Fi password. It was just a bit confusing because we were sent information ahead of time that was not accurate. The hot tub was very nice and hot. Pool was nice. I could only find 2 towels in each bathroom. Not sure if there are more somewhere. There were three screens that we’re broken on top of pool so we had few mosquitoe bites. There was some maintenance done in the house very early in morning outside of home - a bit noisy. Wish they came a little later in the day. Other than that we had nice stay. Check in was easy- you just use a passcode to get in.

Place was nice and clean and they had everything except trash bags lol But I’m a chef and they had 3 cutting boards free access to the grill, nice big kitchen. Plenty knives and utensils! Different pots and pans a lot more variety of things compared to other homes I rented ! They even had cable tv ! TVs in every work that actually worked! Although there Wi-Fi to watch Netflix wasn’t working but they had lots of channels to watch so… Over all me and my crew enjoyed or stay and I look forward to renting again !

House was beautiful better then what i expected. Only issue i had was with the extra parking was told people could park at the clubhouse but unfortunately when i arrived i was told they could be towed so i they had to park outside the gate and had to go back and forth to take them back. Also the ac in garage didnt work and the wifi didnt work all night either! The house is very spacious and beautiful but these issue should be known and taking care of.

We had a really great time at the Villa. The accommodations were great, the place was beautiful, and there was a perfect amount of space for our large group. The beds and the pool were definitely our favorite part, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we needed. We had an issue with the wifi for quite a bit of our stay and weren't able to get anyone in to restart it until the evening of our second day, and the grill refused to light by itself, but we didn't have a lighter or matches on us so it took quite a while to improvise. Otherwise, everything was amazing and I'm excited to book another stay here in the future

My family and I were very comfortable staying at this home. We enjoyed our time. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. It does get really warm upstairs so I would suggest bringing additional fans for circulation if you are used to cooler temps. Great communication with Joanne. I would stay here again.

The stay was ok. We found the house very big and enough room for our family. The house needs work and we found some areas very dirty. The pool was awful when we arrived. Wasn’t cleaned. We found used bandaids, food, dirt and other things inside and out of the pool area, also, NO lights on the pool. We called and they came to put chlorine and that was it.. overall it was and ok stay, very far from the parks and lots of traffic. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This property was almost perfect. It did have some flaws when we came in but it was addressed after a few days. Would have liked clarification on the parking for the extra vehicles, it was a hassle going back and forth to the parking areas each day of stay, other than that was a nice place to stay

Upon arrival we instantly saw that some of the beds had no pillow cases the 1st bdrm to the right of the entrance bedding was dirty, there was trash under the TV stand in the living room, both grills were beyond dirty even though the website states grills should be cleaned after use. If you have guest arrive after 11:30 pm you will have to call host to get them approved to enter. Host did answer all my calls so that was a plus and she got someone to come clean the grills. Overall it is a beautiful neighborhood and house. Oh please only park 2 cars in driveway or be towed at a 250 rate.

We would have left our extras, but didn’t because we didn’t see any other extras there. Now I would definitely rent this place again and refer it to others. We enjoyed every space in this home. It was a home away from home.

If this house is big enough for your group, then book it, the adults will love it the kids will love it even more. BUT… if you’re traveling with more than two cars, follow the security guard’s parking instructions, the tow truck guys are watching like hawks.

The house is exactly as it looks on the photos. If it has enough rooms for your group, book it! BUT… please follow the security guard’s parking instructions, the tow truck guys are watching like hawks. The house management team is super responsive and helpful we had an issue with a digital lock that was beeping and one of the homeowners drove over at 8pm on a Friday night to fix it, THAT’s quality customer service. We would love to book again.

My family and close friends had not been together for quite sometime since Pre Covid, this location was a pure perfection for all to get together and spend some quality time together eating and drinking without feeling like we were on top of one another! Perfect space! LOTS of space! Beautiful home! Well kept! The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating! Definitely staying here again!
