Everything matched the photos and it was even better, the host was very pleasant and at our disposal all the time which is a plus

An entirely mindblowing place to rest and reset! You wake up in the cosy sailing-style wooden chalet, go outside, and jump into the beautiful river of Buna (Bojana)! Your terrace turns out to be your private small pier:) You are swimming ten meters ahead and see the river mouth to the sea - just a few hundred meters down the river:)! Isn't it a paradise on Earth? For us, it was! Seven minutes by foot to the nearest quiet sandy beach with bars and restaurants. Ten minutes by car to the long set of kitesurfing spots. Live it up!

The house is really nice, has everything needed to relax and enjoy a vacation. Super clean and with a lot of attention to detail. The porch is very spacious, equipped with cozy furniture, and has covered areas that can be used even if it is raining. Additional bonus is the sup board that we really enjoyed :) The owner is very helpful and responsive.

We did not find anything to dislike about the house, it was perfect :) The only down side was that the quiet zone was not really that quiet, but that was probably due to the celebration of national holidays.

Nice and pleasent host. Super polite. House - Direct on river. Great big terasse nicely equipped. They give us boat tour for 30 minutes. Thanks.

A bit tide for 4 person. Out off season price could be a bit cheaper (maybe 20% discount) but i like house & host. We may come back and compesate 😂

Skender is very good person. Location is very best and you can do everything on this house. We are verry happy.

The location, right on the water is amazing. The host was even more amazing :). A fruit basket and a bottle of wine were waiting us on arrival together with cold soft drinks in the fridge. When we asked him where to buy fish, he brought us a bunch of sea bass. Try having a coffee by the river early in the morning - pure enjoyment.

The pathway to the beach needs improvement here and there. Mosquitos come in the evening, although not as bad as we were told it would be. Anyhow, make sure to have repellents with you.
