Spacious and well equipped apartment in a nice art deco building. Location is the best close to beach, shops, movies , all within 5/10 min walk . Lots to do by bus, tram or train. Extremely convenient. Roxanne is fantastic, always connected and very accommodating. A five star experience

We stayed for 4 days in January and found the accommodation very comfortable and in a great location to access the main areas of town walking but still being quiet at night. Roxane was extremely helpful and contactable if needed and having someone take us to the parking station was essential as it could have been tricky without the help. We would definite recommend this for families needing more space than a hotel room can offer.

We had a great experience at this property. Our host was very helpful and proactive with communications. The apartment was clean and spacious, and we had all the comforts of home. Although there are many great things about this apartment, its best feature is its location: we were within a few minutes walk to the beach, train/bus/tram stations, groceries, shopping, dining and Old Nice. Apartment was very roomy, clean and well stocked. The property manager Roxanne is terrific, she was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us how to use everything in the apartment and gave us lots of great info about the area. She checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was going well. The location is incredible, in between 2 tram stops so travel to/from airport is a breeze. Several grocery stores within easy walking distance. Nice-Ville train station very short walk. The Promenade, the ocean, the pieton with shops/restaurants are all very close to walk. And Blvd Victor Hugo is a lovely tree-lined, upscale, residential street. I'm really glad we chose to stay here, it was perfect for us.

Very comfortable accommodation for two couples travelling together. Great location close to sea front and lovely tree lined street. Roxanne provided very good service.

We were extremely pleased with the apartment and its location. Beautiful building and apartment. Stunning views and beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and the beach all in short walking distance. Very impressed with the attention to detail and assistance from Roxanne. The location was excellent - very close to everything; the promenade, restaurants and shops yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. It was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The furnishings were so comfortable; we also really enjoyed having some indoor downtime during our stay. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the property manager, Roxanne was during our stay! She made the check in and check out process so easy. She reached out in advance of our check in to confirm our arrival time and provided all the information we needed to get to the apartment. She met us at the apartment, showed up around and answered all of our questions. She provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Roxanne checked in with us often during our stay to ensure there was nothing we needed and made herself available to us for anything we might need. Checking out was as easy as check in.
