We liked the well-maintained building and grounds—lovely setting. Breakfast was very enjoyable—good coffee, delicious fruit and homemade bread, great omelette—and entertainment provided by hummingbirds and the tropical sounds of nature. Was a little oasis.

Location was lovely and surprisingly peaceful as it is conveniently situated near major roads, neighborhoods and services. Grounds are beautiful! Owner/host lives on property and makes you feel right at home--he converses in multiple languages and prepares wonderful omlettes and french toast for breakfast! His small staff is friendly and helps keep this well run place sparkling clean. Hummingbirds abound! Dogs are friendly and entertaining pets! Room is adorable with the best shower in Panama!

it was clean and in a pretty location. the owners are especially kind people and their staff are so polite.

This is hands down, one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Pascale knows what makes a good business and there is no detail missed. The reviews were so glowing of this place that I didn’t actually even believe it, but it still managed to surpass all expectations. A beautiful property that is immaculate, staffed by incredible kind and helpful people, and the finishes are exquisite. There is no other hotel in David that would even begin to compare- it is world class. We loved our stay.

Everything. The owners Pascal and Myra were absolutely amazing. The accomodations were the best we experienced on our trip. They even offer gated private parking, although not really needed as the area is secluded and safe. Must like dogs although the pups are super sweet and keep to themselves most of the time.

A few neighborhood dogs bark at night but closing the windows and using sleep ambient music made them rarely audible.

Very nice quiet location in nature, yet close to everything in David. One can see and hear the birds in the garden. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Even gave us a ride to the airport and helped us with our extra luggage. Internet and pool were good as well. We had the largest type room which was very specious although we had so much extra luggage out of our storage.

No places nearby to walk to but taxis were easy to get.

close to the airport. they were gracious and let me check in early. they fed me breakfast although it was past the time .

there was a party going on all day when I was there I do expect people to be there sharing the space however these people did not seem to be staying there. There was no bedspread on the bed only sheets. I know it’s hot in Panama but this is the first time I’ve see. that In forty years of travel. there was no bottled water in the room or any amenities. I would have been okay with all of that had it not been for the 3am barking by the 6-8 dogs they have. I like dogs but getting no sleep before an early flight and a long workday can be brutal. this is more of a home with a room rented out than a hotel. it’s a nice space however they need to be clear about the dogs for light sleepers.

I had to travel to David for administrative reasons. The trip could have been arduous but I left feeling like I had had a lovely trip to see a friend in their home. The hotel has a lovely balance of feeling really private but also super welcoming and a great place to chat to other travellers if you want. Pascal creates a lovely relaxed atmosphere, and everything is really clean, comfortable and the breakfast is good.

The bed didn't have nightstands. A nightstand to put a phone on with a reading light would be a good addition.

Pascal took very good care of us. Nice breakfast and pool. Gratis ride to airport 6 km away. Ride to dinner in town. Very quiet green neighborhood.
