Property was great and exactly as advertised. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Nothing to complain, would certainly visit again.

Stayed at Grand Beach for Spring Break. The staff was nice and very welcoming. The room was nice and the amenities and ambiance was everything!! Will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. Fifteen minutes to Disney world and our family enjoyed our stay. We didn't spend much time on the property, but the three bathrooms were perfect for four adults and children.

Was a very nice 3 BR condo unit. a little tricky to get into the property but doable. The lack of elevators the other end of the floor was offset by having the luggage cart available. The only slight problem was trying to tune in a channel on the tv set. The vacation is the main focus but it was NCAA basket ball tournament games at night

Great location for getting to Disney parks. Would have liked to play some pickleball but court was always busy. Pools are nice and hot tub hot!

Attentive property manager - clean - a little dated but good. I’ll give it a solid 8.5 score.

Great place, convenient location close to Disney parks. Clean and newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Kids loved the pool, we liked hanging out on the beach in the evening.

Totally enjoyed the whole experience

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend friends and family to stay here. We will also keep this property in mind for future visits to Orlando.

We rented a 3 bedroom, 3bathroom condo so that my husband and I plus son/wife, daughter could all stay and have a place to eat and socialize. Perfect place for us.

We stayed at the Grand Beach Resort for 3 nights. We had visited Universal and stayed at a hotel there to obtain the benefits from staying on property, but moved over to the Grand Beach Resort to relax and enjoy the rest of our stay in Orlando. I was really pleased with this resort. I felt that it provided terrific value for the money. At Universal my family of 4 stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. At Grand Beach resort we were able to spread out! We had 3 bedrooms (2 master suites with bathrooms, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and another full bathroom), plus a full kitchen and dining/living room. Very spacious and very comfortable! The space was clean and well appointed. Staff was very nice. Location was great. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Orlando.

The hotel staff and hospitality was great! Very professional and always making sure things were good. The hotel property is beautiful but can use some updating. Plenty of things to do from pools to tennis courts so my teens had an amazing time. Our rooms were clean but again very outdated. The floor had a lifted panel that caused you to trip off of you weren’t careful. The stove lining was worn so it would smoke when using the oven. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would recommend staying again but would ask for a better room, but were only passing through for 2 days from a delayed flight.

We loved staying here. We spent 4 days in Disney and had one rest day at the resort. We had a great time playing mini golf, basketball, shuffleboard, and walking on the walking path. The pools were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. The room was big with comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and one dinner. I loved that there were 3 bathrooms- one for each room. It helped us easily get ready in the morning. Grocery store is nearby. I’d stay here again anytime!

This property was perfect for us. The location is close to everything… Disney springs is only 10 minutes away and the parks just a bit further. The covered porch was great for morning coffee. There was a minor issue with wet carpet in one of the bedrooms due to a utility leak on the opposite side of that wall. Maintenance addressed the issue, and had housekeeping alerted to wet vac the carpet. However, nobody came to clean it up during our stay.

Nice Place very close to Disney

This was the perfect size and location for our couple party. Everyone had their own bathroom which was really helpful when getting ready for the day. We didn’t use any of the amenities because it was too cold, but we would have enjoyed them if it were warmer.

The property's location, cleanliness, services, and quality of the room are outstanding. I am looking forward to booking at the same place for my next trip to Orlando.

Would absolutely stay again!

Great location for Disney World stay. Very quiet and pleasantly beautiful property. Grandkids had a blast on playground, we didn’t have much time for adventures since our main focus was a two day trip to see Mickey, Minnie, Princess and enjoy the first trip to Disney for the grand babies.

Overall great 3 bedroom/ 3 bath option for a few days. We were just there to sleep but did walk around the property and enjoy the playgrounds. Unfortunately there wasn’t hot water for showers both mornings or at night to wash dishes/baby bottles but that was our only complaint.

Very clean and friendly

Quick and easy commute over to disney. Check in and out are a breeze. The property is very clean and spacious. We stay here once or twice a year and highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay outside of disney.

We stayed here to go to Universal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Beach! Everything wwas awesome and we will definitely stay again!

We were in Orlando for a work conference/family vacation and needed a larger space than a hotel room. This property fit our needs perfectly! It was in a great location. The pics were accurate, communication with the host quick and easy, check in easy. All in all, just a great stay. Highly recommend!

I wish the resort offered transportation to Disney Parks and attractions.

Clean good place to stay

Immediately impressed with the quiet location on the lake (near Disney) and well manicured grounds. Check in was quick and informative, plenty of free parking under the building and the parking lot is mostly shaded. We had suite 454-a 3 bed/3 bath on the top floor, middle of the building, that faces south. It was EXTREMELY clean and organized with all the home and kitchen necessities, and everything worked as it should! Just needed clothes and groceries! The layout was perfect for our family of 4-you walk in to an open concept kitchen/LR that leads out to the screened in balcony (there's a pantry with washer and dryer), to the right is a studio style (no walls between the bedroom and bathroom but there's a water closet) master suite and to the left there's a short hall with a 2 twin bed bedroom, a full bathroom, and another studio style master suite. It was perfect for our family of 4-our 15 yr old daughter loved having her own master suite and our 12 yr old son loved having his own bedroom and bathroom! It was on the top floor and if we went to the west balcony at the end of the building we could see the sunset and then later the fireworks from the parks around 9pm. The grounds are lush and very well kept. Walking around was just so peaceful! The beach area is beautiful with 2 nice piers, there's also 2 pools/hot tubs/kiddie pools, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle puck, mini golf, and kayaks/paddle boats for rent. I'm out of space but I 100% recommend this resort!
