The room was spacious, clean, very well furnished and decorated and the bed was comfortable. Very good breakfast.

It surely is an ideal place for couples, but not as much for families with little children (no garden, just small gravel patches, stairs and unfenced swimming pool). Unfortunately we couldn't use the spa (we hadn't reserved and was booked by another client) and that felt like our money was a bit wasted.

Proximity to trams in Dijon.

Poor soundproofing.

Great location. You can catch a tram into the city centre from a tram stop about 10 minutes walk from the property. The tram takes about 15 minutes and is very cheap.... Vincent and his partner are very helpful and friendly. Our room (ground floor) was large. There is a very nice little kitchen under the hosts house for guests to use, to make tea/coffee or even to cook. It was also where breakfast was served.

Little things only. The shower gel for example was in a plastic bottle and was on the floor almost empty which didn’t look very nice. There was no hairdryer in the room. We were kindly given one by the hostess but were told the previous guests must have stollen it. There is no electric socket in the bathroom (for shaving or hair drying). We found that when the people on the 1st floor moved around the floorboards really creaked. This wasn’t a real problem for us as we were getting up at around the same time.
