property is in an excellent location and has everything you need for a home from home stay in the sun.
we had a plumbing problem in the bathroom however it was immediately looked at and did not effect our perfect stay as the apartment has two bathrooms.

Great location, apartment well equipped and staff great. Very spacious.
Had a small issue but when reported it was fixed whicj is all you can ask. Maintenance very friendly and efficient.

Superb facility, clean and in an ideal location. Nice pool and lounging area.
My partner got bed bugs from our bed and had to use the other room a few nights. She had noticeable bites.

We loved the flat. It was spacious, comfortable, nice with excellent views.
The location is perfect ,quiet and it is close to everything.

Location and comfort of the apartment. Elevator was great!
Noise from construction all day for a few days but we understand that was not in mgmt's control.

Location is absolutely perfect for a holiday with friends. 2 mins from ocean and la sala by the sea and 5 min walk from plaza beach/restaurants/bars/clubs. Really helpful host, will definitely stay again.

Mr Roberts was there to meet us on arrival, he is very helpful with the limited resources that he has. When we arrived the AirCon was broken but he did manage to get is fixed that day.
While the location is great, the apartment itself is very poor quality. The shower was broken as was the toilet and the kitchen felt dirty. We made our comments known and sent photos to the agency. To end our holiday on a good note we left and stayed in an hotel!

The property and the location were just amazing .. it was very close to the everything in puerto Banus but also calm at night
The property was very green and private and just at the Nuevo Andalucía beach
It really needs lots of maintenance around the house .. the shower and the beds really need a revamp as they are in really poor shape
It made it difficult to really be comfortable

It was in a perfect location. Close to everything you need!
Overall the apartment was clean. The floor was a bit dirty and a couple dishes were dirty as well. The handheld shower head hose was leaking a lot. But other than that. The property was perfect!

My host Robert was superb could not do enough to make our stay perfect any little thing was no problem!!!! Communication level excellent truly had a great month at this property
Will return again without a doubt !!!
Highly recommend this property if you want great area quit but yet close to everything
